The two of them stayed in their bedrooms for a full twelve hours until Rose got hungry, she unlocked her door and went to the kitchen, she didn't know where the Doctor's bedroom was so she just left him.
She made two cups of tea, chips and curry. She took her cup and her half of the meal and left the rest on the kitchen counter incase the Doctor was hungry. Which he was.
The Doctor walked into the kitchen as Rose was leaving, he bumped into her by accident which caused Rose's tea and her meal to go over the both of them.
Rose laughed and so did the Doctor it was like they completely forgotten about the fall out.
