Chapter 4

Rachel's POV
That night I couldn't sleep all I could think of was Finn and hugging him. I loved to hug him, I could have hugged him more but he broke the hug. I made myself a promise that I will defend Finn and end anyone that make fun of him. Because I kind of like him, he's sweet and good looking. And then I will include him in our social group and he'll be popular and if he likes me back we will be the "it" couple. It all just sounds so perfect!

NEXT DAY
(Still Rachel's POV)
I was heading to my history class when I saw someone push Finn against the lockers. I suddenly went and told the guy "what's your name"
"You can call me karofsky" he said winking at me. Eww.
"Oh well karofsky, push my friend again and I'll end you!"
"Is this loser your friend?"
"Um yeah and he's not a loser! No go away before I change my mind and end you right now!"
"I'm going. Okay bye"
Finn stod up from the floor and looked at me really confused.
"Well, your welcome" I said
"Ohh, sorry it's just that I'm in shock"
"I still don't hear the thanks" I said just kidding around
"Thanks" Finn said.
"My pleasure, really Finn if someone bothers you again just come to me."
"Wow Rachel thanks" Finn said.
"Your welcome, but talk to you later. I gotta go bye." I said in a rush.
"Sure bye."
And with that I walk to my history class in which I was really late.

Finn's POV
Later that day at gym class karofsky came to me shut my locker and started kicking the crap out of me and said
"This is just a lesson and if you tell Rachel I'll kick your ass so hard you'll have to make your way to your classes in a wheelchair. Do you understand me?"
I just sat there on the floor and nodded
"Do you understand me?" He said angrily
"Yes" I said loud enough for him to hear me.
When he left I sod up and made my way to the mirror. I looked at me and my eyes watered. You could see in me that my left eye had a bruise, my shirt was all messed up and my nose was bleeding. I cleaned my self and went to my next class.

LATER THAT DAY AT HUDSON-HUMMEL HOUSE
(Still Finn's POV)
I was playing Call of Duty when Kurt went to my room and said
"Rachel is coming in five, so please clean your mess" then looked at my face and said "GOD finn what happened to your face?"
I didn't knew what to tell him. I didn't knew if I should tell him. So I lied
"Today at gym class y fell and scratched my face with the pavement"
"Oh well what a relief. You scared me, I thought that one guy made you this" Kurt said then he broke the awkward silence and said "anyway so Rach is coming so please don't leave your room" and as soon as he finished talking the doorbell rang. "I'm coming" Kurt said and left my room shutting the door.
"Hey Rach" I heard Kurt said
"Hey Kurt. Where is Finn?" I can believe she asked for me. I swear my heart skipped a beat when she said my name.
"Umm he's in his room. Why?" Kurt said "omg please tell me you don't have a crush on him?"
"What no!" Rachel said defensively "why would you think that?" She said a little nervous.
"No just asking"
"Okay so are we gonna talk about what will we wear to the homecoming bonfire? Or what" Rachel said. I now got a reason to go to that stupid homecoming bonfire.
"Yeah so I was thinking about you wearing that black dress with..." And I got lost thinking about I will wear at the bonfire to impress Rachel.

Rachel's POV
Kurt and I were on his living room and it was really late. We were talking about fashion and lots of other stuff then Kurt told me "wait a sec I'm going to my room to get my fav outfit that I'll wear in the homecoming bonfire."
So I sat down and check my phone then I hear footsteps and looked up. What I saw then surprised me a lot.

Finn's POV
Rachel has been in here a long time and I'm dying to go downstairs to the kitchen. It's almost 12 pm and Rachel normally leaves the house at 11:30 so when I hear Kurt's door shut I when strait doing because that meant that Rachel was gone. Then when I was downstairs I saw nothing more than Rachel Barbra Berry sitting in our living room staring at me in awe. At first I thought why she was staring at me that way then I realized that my face still had the bruise eye and my nose was swollen and purple. Rachel went straight to me and said
"What the hell happened to you?! Don't tell me that guy that push you against the lockers today did this to you?"
Then I heard Kurt said "did a guy pushed you against the locker and more importantly did he made this?" I think I hear caring in his voice.
"No Rachel relax, and Kurt I already told you what happened." I said
"So if no one did this then what happened?" Rachel said
"I starched my face with the pavement in gym class" I said
"The pavement couldn't give you a dark aye Finn!"
Oh god she knows I'm lying. Shit! What do I do?
"Your lying to me Finn. So tell me what really happened"
"That's what really happened" I said
"To me it sounds true if you ask me Rach." Kurt said
"No it doesn't!"
"So I'm going. Okay bye" I said
Just as I turned around Rachel grabbed my arm and said
"Please Finn tell me, I want to help you." Her eyes were watering and you could see she really cared.
"I'll tell you later I gotta go" I said softly and instead of going to my room I went to the front door grabbed my jacket and left. I didn't knew where I would go but I just wanted to leave they house.
I don't know why Rachel's eyes were watered I mean I suppose she doesn't cares for me that much. But I'll find out tomorrow at the homecoming bonfire when I tell her everything and by everything I mean my love for her and what really is going on in my life right now.

Rachel's POV
After Finn left Kurt told me "what did he told before he left?"
"Just to let go of him" I didn't told Kurt the truth because I knew Finn wouldn't like it
"Oh okay. So anyway here's my outfit for tomorrow."
" I love it Kurt but I gotta go. My dad's just texted me to go home."
"Okay bye Rach."
"Bye Kurt" and I left to my house.
