To Make You Feel My Love

Chapter 20

Rachel's POV
It's 6:00, I waked earlier than usual. It's just that I'm so exited for today, Finn is out the coma and I'm ready to make him crazy for me. I have one hour, which will be pretty useful. I will find my best clothes, I'll put on some make up and I'll put the perfume he told me he loved before he forgot everything. I realize now a tear fell, I don't know why I'm sad. In fact I should be happy, I mean he woke up, we flirted, it just that it's kind of sad to have all these memories and moments with him and he has no idea. Well like he told me when he first met me at the hospital and I quote "we will make new memories."

After a while, I chose to put on a grey mini skirt, which will make my legs look longer. A white shirt with a kind of jacket that matches my skirt. I'll be wearing some red high heels and I decided my hair will be down and my bangs perfectly arranged. As for makeup I'll be going natural, just some mascara and Mac lipstick color red. It's 6:30 and I'm all done so I decide to watch my favorite movie, which is Funny Girl. I swear one day I'll be on Broadway playing the main lead in Funny Girl, and I'll be happily married to Finn. I'll be leaving in a shoebox apartment with Finn, Kurt, Kurt's boyfriend/husband, Santana and Santana' boyfriend. Everything will be just perfect. At the age of 25, I can see myself winning a tony. I mean thanks to Finn who convinced me to join glee club I have made more friends and realized my dream and talent is to be a professional singer. It all matches up, I mean I really never knew what I wanted to do with my life. It's my senior year and I've finally discovered myself. Suddenly I hear a car's hunk. I check my clock and its 7:00am exactly. Wow Finn must be really punctual. I like it, we get to spend my time together.

Finn's POV
I've been outside the Berry house for like 10 minutes. I have her favorite coffee order which is a hot cherry mocha latte. When I asked Kurt, he didn't say anything farther than that. But he sure made a flirty face. I also have with me the best playlist ever. I also asked Kurt for Rachel's favorite songs, and I may add that she has a strangely good taste in music. I mean it's not your typical song selection but damn it's really good. It's exactly 6:59 according to my cars clock. So just as it turns 7:00, without thinking twice, I hunk. Then realizing it too early and punctual. I hope I don't look too desperate. I'm now nervous, why did I had to hunk so early. Just then I see the most beautiful girl in the world walking outside her house closing the door. She looks stunning, just as always. Because it doesn't matter how she dresses, she will always look so beautiful. I smile, and she smiles back. She's making her way towards my car, when I realize I need to be a gentleman and open her door. I unbuckle my seatbelt and run towards the door as fast as I can. I get just in time, god she smells so good. I open her door as she says "Good morning." Giving me a kiss in the cheek, then getting inside the car. I get in shock, but get off it as quickly as I got into it. I answer "good morning beautiful" as I close her door. I make my way towards my door but I can see she smiles when I said beautiful. I get in my car, put on my seatbelt, and say "I got us some coffee" while handing Rachel her coffee. "Oh you didn't have to" she says blushing. She drinks her coffee and then says "this is my favorite, how did you know?" Sounding excited. Yeah Finn Hudson, you just scored a point!
"Well, you know, I got myself some contacts" I say sounding mysterious.
"Was it Kurt? Yeah Kurt of course" Rachel says. I love when she feels smarty pants, it so cute.
"I have to admit, I'm stalk you. So be careful Rachel Berry." I say playfully.
"Well in that case, I must get off your car" she says opening the door. I love when we just start playing.
"No! No! It was Kurt. Please don't go." I say trying to sound playfully desperate.
"Well if you want me here that much, show me." She says. Glad she said that. Jus then I connect my iPhone to the car and put on the Rachel Berry playlist in shuffle. The first song that pops is 'Don't Stop Believing'. I can see she looks exited.
"Is this enough?" I say smiling at her.
"Kind of. So you got yourself another trick under your sleeve?" She says searching around in my car.
"You must stay until the end to find out." I say. I now know what it will be.
"It's just because the curiosity" she says sarcastically as she gets in the car again.
"Alright, fair enough." I say as I turn on the car. I start driving while I see she is shyly singing the song. I turn up the volume and say "come on sing" I say
"Okay, if you insist" she says. She starts singing and I realize, she sounds AMAZING!!! I then tell her "so are you in a club for singing, because you know I could join with  you."
"Actually, I am. I mean, we both are. Before you lost your memory she says," she pauses trying to contain the tears. I stop the car near the school I touch her hand, she looks at me and I give her a small smile. She then continues "You were in the Glee Club, you convinced me to join. Thanks to you, I know what I'll be doing with my life after high school. I owe you." She says as a tear falls down her cheek.
"Why are you crying?" I say "please don't be sad." I say getting emotional.
"It's not a sad tear. It's a happy tear." She says as I give her a Kleenex. "I happy because in spite everything, even though you don't remember me at first, I know I really like you." We are now looking at each other's eyes. "That's all. Because I know in my heart we will have time to make new memories." She says
"I know we will" I say as I continue our way towards the school.
