Chapter 18

Finn's POV
I wake up to hear two people talking. Where am I? I can't see, all I see is white. After a few seconds my eyes clear and I I hear someone say "Finn?"
"Nurse!! He's awake!!" It's a brunette girl, next to me, whose name I can't remember. She looks familiar though. She's really pretty I may admit. Suddenly a nurse comes in and checks on me. I hadn't said anything yet. The nurse checks my pulse and then goes. The brunette girl starts to cry. I try to comfort her by saying "don't cry you're beautiful. what's wrong?"
"Do you remember me?" She says a little sad
"Not really, but you seem like a really good person." I say as nice as I can. She then starts to cry even harder.
"What's wrong? Why are you crying?" I say
"It's just amazing you are alive, it's just that I'm sad you can't remember me." She says with a low tone.
"Who cares I can't remember you. We will make new memories." She then smiles. "But may I ask who were you? I mean in my life." I say
"Well I as..." She pauses and then says "we were, umm... boyfriend and girlfriend. But we were in a secret relationship." She says looking everywhere but me. I can't believe this gorgeous girl was my girlfriend. Ohh crap, I was just informed that she is/ was -I really don't know- my girlfriend and I don't know her name.
"So what's your name?" I then ask.
"Ohh. Right, my name is Rachel Barbra Berry." She says.
"I'm Finn, but I guess you know my name." I stupidly say. It's just that she gets me nervous. How could a dork like me was boyfriend of such an amazing girl.
"Yes. I do know." She says laughing a little bit. Aww I love the way she laughs. How her nose wrinkles, it's just so cute.
"Finn?" Rachel says.
"What?" I say.
"It's just you were looking at me in a strange way." She says. Crap. Finn you better control yourself, or else you'll ruin your chances with her.
"Oh sorry." I say in a low voice "it's just that you're stunning." I say looking down.
She then blushes. "Thanks." She says still blushing.
"I have one more question about us." I say hoping she answers it.
"Okay. Go ahead." She says grabbing my hand
"If we were gf and bf. Why was out relationship a secret?" I say a little insecure in how she'll react.
"Well, first you need to know, I'm the most popular girl in the school. You also need to know your bother..." Wait I have a brother? " and I are best friends. He's my gay best friend..." My bother is gay? "And you also need to know, people were mean to you because you're not popular. So we decided to make our relationship a secret until you got in the Football team, so one would oppose to our relationship." She says
"And did I got in the football team?" I ask
"Oh you don't know?" She says suddenly getting sad
"Know what?" I say
"You don't remember how you got her?" She says
"No." I say.
"You were in the football tryouts. You were trying for quarterback, when suddenly someone tackled you really hard to the ground. You got knocked out right away. The ambulance came for you. You were in a coma for a week until today." She says while a tear runs down her cheek. I can't believe I was in a coma for a week. What did I missed? I need to know more about my life.

Just then a boy come in the room, with a woman and a man.
"Omg. Finn!" The boy says while the woman and the man start to cry.
"I can't believe it!" The woman says
"I know" the man said.

Rachel's POV
I'm watching funny girl my favorite movie while the nurse is talking to the doctor outside the room. Suddenly I see Finn's eyes are open! Wtf I must be dreaming, he's been in coma for a week, the worst week of my life. I mean, I just love him so much I can't describe it. After a few second I see I'm not dreaming, I shout "Nurse!! He's awake!!" I can see Finn is a little scared after I shout. I hope he remembers me. All this thoughts make me cry without me realizing until Finn says "don't cry you're beautiful. what's wrong?"
"Do you remember me?" I say a little sad
"Not really, but you seem like a really good person"
I cry even harder, why he doesn't remembers me? We start talking, he asked me who was I, then why our relationship was a secret and why he was in the hospital. I answered all his questions as honest as possible, when we were interrupted by Kurt, and the Hudson-Hummel. I guess the nurse called them. I can see in Finn's face that this is all so confusing.
So I say "Finn, this is Kurt Hudson-Hummel, your stepbrother." As I pointed to Kurt. Kurt first looked at me confused, but I guess he then knew that Finn has amnesia.
"Hi, Finn I'm really happy you're alive" Kurt said
"Hey sweetie, I'm your mom." Carol says as she shields a tear.
"Hey buddy, I'm your stepfather. Don't worry I'm the bad type." Burt says. Winking at last, trying to break the awkward moment.
"Ohh... hey guys." Finn says not really knowing what else to say.
"Anyway." I say "I'll leave you four to talk." I say walking towards the door.
"No, stay please." Carol says grabbing my arm
"Yes, I mean you stayed her all the time, waiting for him to wake." Kurt said.
"Please." I hear Finn say, I hope I heard correctly. Does my boyfriend or ex boyfriend -I don't know in what position we are, I'll ask him later after the initial shock is gone- does he likes me and wants me to stay? He doesn't has to ask twice, I'll do anything for him.
"Alright." I say as I walk back to where I was standing before.
