You slide down to your knees, leaning against the door, and silently cry to yourself. You know it's stupid to cry, since you caused this, but it all happened so suddenly. Your phone buzzes in your pocket and it's a text from Pete.
Small Emo: Care to explain why Patrick came to my house crying his eyes out?!
(Y/N): I cheated on him.. But it's not like I wanted to! Everything just happened so suddenly.
Small Emo: are you serious! Why would you even think about that!?
(Y/N): he's just always gone, that it hurts! I've always had to deal with everything myself while he's on tour or recording songs.
Small Emo: I get it, but you should've just talked to him about it. You must've known this was coming.
(Y/N): what was coming?
Small Emo: him always being gone.
Small Emo: it's what happens when your with someone famous
(Y/N): I just couldn't take it..
Small Emo: (Y/N), there's nothing wrong with just a taste of what you've paid for
Small Emo: come over, now
(Y/N): I'll be right there.
You start your car and drive about 10 minutes to Pete's house. Patrick car is parked in the driveway. You rush out of the car and open Pete's front door.
Pete was trying to console Patrick, who was crying heavily. You make your way towards him, and he notices. Patrick pushes himself away from you and closer to Pete.
"Wh- why are y-ou he- here?" Patrick managed to say.
"I need to tell you something."
"No, leave!" Patrick screams, and Pete tries shushing him to calm him.
"Look, I'm not trying to get back together. I just want to say I'm sorry p, and that I should understand that it's also hard for you to leave everyone you love behind. I should've understood, but I didn't. I got what was coming, and didn't handle it well. I'm sorry.." You finally breath.
Patrick looks down. You wonder what his reaction will be to what you just said.
"Ok.. (Y/N).. I forgive you, but just stay out of my life for a while.." He says.
And you haven't seen him since then.
