I shut my eyes completely fearing as to what I was about to see. (ohhh that sounds so fancy smancy 😋)
I walked towards to bed still with my eyes shut and I heard
"Luke why are your eyes closed?" A soft cute innocent voice came alive.
"WTF DONT EVER DO THAT YOU SCARED THE HELL OUT OF ME!!!!" I scolded and hugged her tightly.
"But how did the beeping go flat?" I asked genuinely concerned because this machine was crap then.
"I took the clipper thing off of my finger and the machine probably didn't have any heartbeat so it probably stopped.
I formed my mouth into an "o" shape.
"So I suppose you have been here everyday visiting me...." She cooed.
How do I tell her that
Calum came everyday to check on her.
Not me.
