KATIES POV.

You could tell Jax felt horrible about the whole suicide thing, I mean he's been sitting outside my door for about six hours now, first apologizing, then talking about his life in California, and eventually resorted to singing songs to keep himself from dying of boredom.

I couldn't help but smile as he sung songs from his favorite bands like Green Day, ACDC, and EMF.

I grinned and sat down against the door, leaning my head back listening to him sing our favorite old cartoon theme song.

"We are your backyard friends the backyardigans!"

I silently laughed as I heard footsteps walk past him in the hallway, no doubt was he drawing attention to him, along with probably quite a few odd looks.

"Katy, please give me a chance to make it up to you, I didn't know...."

He sighed and stopped talking when I didn't reply.

I sat there in my room, debating wether I should open the door or not.

"Come on Katie, please!"

Why should I?

As if hearing my response he continued to talk.

"I mean yes I slipped up big time, and yes I do regret not calling. But I'm still your best friend Katie, and your still mine. I'm the one who took ballet just so you'd know someone in your class"

My mind automatically flickered back to when we we are just six years old. I joined a ballet class due to my mothers request, and I didn't know a single one of the snobby little princesses in the class I was placed in.

I cried for hours, worried I'd be all alone in the large studio filled with mirrors, surrounded by strangers who meant nothing to me. The day of my first class, I was a wreck. My mother and I were in my room, she was pulling my hair into a tight ballerina bun to match my expensive outfit and shoes.

Without even stepping foot in the studio I knew I get made fun of, not only was I the new girl, but I had all the expensive unused things so even if you weren't in the class you'd know I knew nothing about ballet.

Flashback

I sat in my car seat crying feeling nauseous to my tummy. I gripped the edges of my seat when we finally arrived at the large dance studio. My neighbor Grace looked back at me from the drivers seat and smiled.

"Have fun sweets" she grinned and unlocked the door for me. Without a second thought I started wailing my eyes out, hoping she'd forget about the classes and take me home.
"I don't wanna Aunt Grace!" I yelled and continued to cry.

She frowned and kept telling me I had to because my parents had already paid for everything.
I cried until my eyes we are red and puffy and I couldn't help but hiccup every five seconds.

"I'll do it with you Katie"

I looked over at my best friend Jax as he took my hand and crawled out of his car seat and unbuckled mine.

"Come on, we'll do this together."

I smiled through my tears and slowly got out of the car after him. Walking up to the large doors with Jax and his mum I didn't feel half as scared, if anything excited now that I had a friend to do it with.

Leaning over I placed at large kiss on Jax's cheek.

"I love you Jaxie." I told him and we walked inside "
