"Zarish open the door!"
"No! Go away!" I shouted to Farhan who stood at the other end of the door.
Maria kept on looking at me with a worried expression as I faked a smile to assure her that everything is fine although it wasn't.
"Darwaza kholo Zarish." His voice was low, indicating that he was angry, a shiver ran down my spine as I didn't make a move to open the door, not uttering a single word.
I could hear his heavy breathes behind the locked door but I had to do what I planned, one way or another.
After a while of complete silence I heard his steps going away from the other end as I released a breathe I didn't know I was holding in.
"Why are you doing this? Kiya karne ka soch rahi hou tum?!" Maria whisper yelled sitting in front of me just after he left.
"Just wait and watch, I'll never marry that guy who ruined my life! But I need your help in this." I looked at her with hope filled in my eyes, as she made a confused face and slowly but uncertainty nodded, asking me to go on.
"Haan bolo, what do you want my help with?"
"I need some money." I whispered as her eyes winded a bit.
"Money? Why? How much?" She bombarded me with questions as I raised my eye brows and smiled.
"Why? You'll find that out after a while and I'll tell you later how much, I just need you to take me to the police station." I held her hands, hoping that she'll agree with this.
"Zarish, I don't know.. Nobody will let you get out of this house." She shook her head and looked down.
"We'll sneak out." I whispered and she looked up, her eyes wide.
"Bhoot dikh gaya kiya?" I narrowed my eyes as she quickly closed her mouth and shook her head and then nodded, making me confused.
"I'll take you there but first I need to know what is on your mind." She tilted her head a little and asked me again.
I sighed, "to bail him out." Was all I said as I saw Maria's expressions turn grim making me raise an eye brow.
"How will you get the money Zarish! They'll ask yo for a lot and we don't even have 1000$ with us!" She exclaimed making me smile bitterly.
"We'll see about that." I looked anywhere but her as I felt her narrow her eyes but she sighed and stood up.
"Fine, we're going to the police station tomorrow. I'll-I'll ask Shehry to go with us too." She hesitated as I looked up at her questioningly.
"Shehry kyun?" I asked a hint of amusement in my voice as she gulped down and looked anywhere but me.
"Voh, acha nahi lagay ga na ham akele jaengay. So.." She left her statement hanging and shrugged.
I smirked and nodded, "Fine he'll go with us too."
She nodded and turned around to go out of the room.
"Waisay Shehry se milne ka bahana acha hai." I smirked teasing her as I felt her roll her eyes.
"Aesi koi baat nahi hai." I saw her cheeks turn a shade of pink.
"Pata hai sab mujhe."
"Whatever." with that she walked out, closing the door behind her.
Hussain's p.o.v:
I sat on the ground as my back hurt a lot because of these assholes.
The man bent down in front of me and furrowed his eyebrows.
"Achay khasay larke hou, kyun pagalon wali harkatain kar rahay ho?"
I looked up at him but didn't reply.
"Batao, kyun aghwa kiya tha us larki ko?" He shouted, making me smile.
"Aghwa nahi, jaan bachai thi uski, bataya tha ke kon sahi aur kon ghalat hai."
"Jaan bachai thi? Kidnap karke jaan bachai thi tu ne uski?"
"Muhabbat karta hoon main us se." I gritted my teeth and looked directly in his eyes.
"Main keh raha hoon, muhabbat ko chor yeh maar waar bhi nahi paregi.Kiya milega muhabbat kar ke, kuch bhi nahi rakha hai ismain, larki muhabbat ke liye thori hoti hai yeh tou aesi cheez hai jisay istemal karo, aur phenk do."
"Bara hi kameena insan hai tu." I snapped and looked at him with bloodshot eyes.
At this he slapped me hard on my already stinging cheek but I smiled at him tauntingly.
"Main zakham kha ke bhi muskuraonga, aur tu zakham de de ke bhi tarpay ga. Tab pata chalayga tujhe ke muhabbat kiya hoti hai." I spoke loud and clear as he got more furious giving me a satisfied feeling inside me.
"Tou phir mar yaheen par." He spatted and walked away as I rested my head on the wall beside me, thinking of what would be happening outside these four walls.
Pata nahi kesi hogi meri Zarish, kiya kar rahay hongay voh sab wahan uske saath.
Aesa lag raha hai, jese zindagi ka adha hissa main ne kho diya hai.
