Chapter 6

(Maya's P.O.V)
I think today is gonna be a good day I'm gonna ask out Lucas I don't know why I have such a weird feeling about today though. I gotta go pick up Riley.
Finally I get to Riley's and ring the intercom.

Maya: "Maya"
Riley: "Come on up"

Im standing outside the door when I hear a familiar voice....JOSH I swing open the door so fast and run over and hug him The last time I seen him was at the Bay Window I've missed him so much he was the first guy I ever Loved.

Maya: "Uncle Boing!"
Josh: "Hey Maya I haven't seen you in forever."
Maya: "I know what are you doing back you weren't supposed to be back for a another year."
Josh: "Yeah I finally figured out that I don't really want to be in the military right now and I wanna focus on other things at the moment."
Maya: "Well I'm really happy you're back."
Josh: "Yeah me too."
Maya: "So how long are you staying in New York?"
Josh: "For the rest of this year."
Maya: "Where are staying?"
Josh: "I'm going to stay with Cory until I can get on my feet."
He's staying here omg I feel like screaming yay like Riley but I gotta keep it cool.
Maya: "Oh that's cool I guess I'll be seeing you around then."
Josh: "Yeah...ard I guess I will see you later I gotta get finsh unpacking."
Maya: "Yeah ok."

Josh left and went to go unpack his bags. This is going to be a fun year.

Riley: "You ok Peaches"
Maya: "Yeah why wouldn't I be."
Riley: "Wow you really did forget."
Maya: "Forget about what?"
Riley: "hmm Lucas, maybe Lucas, yeah Lucas I think you forgot all about Lucas."
Oh no I totally forgot all about Lucas but the thing is I still love Josh and I like Lucas ughhhhh what am I gonna do.
Maya: "No I didn't forget about Lucas."
Riley: "So you still gonna ask him out?"
Maya: "...Yeah why wouldn't I."
Riley: "Maybe because you still crush my Uncle Josh."
Maya: "It's not a crush it was never a crush ok."
Riley: "So you still love Josh."
Maya: "I will always love Josh in a way just like I love you ok so lets get to school."
