After that horrible incident with Louis, I followed everything he wanted me to do.Right now, it's 15 minutes after 7p.m. and I'm washing the dishes that Louis asked me to do even though Lauren was supposed to do them.
He asked her to leave at 6.45 p.m. by the way.
I can't complain. Of course I can't.
I placed the last plate in the cupboard and took off my apron. I'm beyond exhausted.
"Niall? Where are you going?" Louis asked as I was about to open the door and walk out of the diner.
"Home," I said. He folded his arms and smirked at me.
Don't fucking say it Lou-
"Mop and clean the whole diner. After that, clean the kitchen as well and make sure that the pantry is also clean. I'm leaving now. If you don't do your job, I will eventually find out so be careful," Louis said as he walked out of the dinee.
I'll fucking resign as soon as Harry gets back.
If I continue sulking, I'm not going to get anything done.
I groaned before picking up the mop.
It's going to be one hell of a night.
-
After about an eternity, I've finally finished cleaning every corner of the diner.I yawned and looked at the time.
11:48 p.m.
Shit! There will be no more bus at this hour! How the fuck am I going home.
I fished out my phone from my pocket and dialled the one person who I know will help me in times like this,
Liam.
"Hello? What's wrong?" He asked.
"Is it okay if you give me a ride back to my house? There is no more bus..."
"Okay. Where are you?"
"Larry's diner," I said.
After talking on the phone with Liam, I sat down and waited for him.
My eyes were hardly opened. I've never felt so exhausted in my life.I don't think I've eaten anything today.
"Niall?" A familiar voice called.
It was Liam.
"Let's go? Where do you live?"
-
For the next three days, it was like that.I would finish work at about 12p.m. and Liam would come and pick me up.
He told me a million times to get a day off because of the dark circles under my eyes.
I just need Harry to come back and I'll resign.
I can forget about my feelings for Harry. Besides, he likes Louis and I'll never get a chance.
I can find another job.
Where I don't fucking end at 12 in the morning instead of 7p.m.

Fanfiction"Are you going to stand there all day? Hurry up and open the diner, Neil," Harry firmly said. Oh, I forgot. I might have a little crush on the guy who can't pronounce my name properly after working with for a year and a half.
