So, guess what? I just started summer school :( meaning I have less time on my hands. Though that's not all, since one course I'm taking is done online I can multitask and keep working on my story at the same time.
I am sorry I hadn't updated sooner, I've had to do a bnch of stuff to get me into summer school and also concerning my schooling next year. on top of all that I've been dealing with family issues and injuring myself. I'll try to be less accident perone and more reliabe in the future.

"Did you see the cops yesterday?" Jake asks everyone as soon as Cam and him arrive at school.
"Yes, what were they doing here? I mean nothing bad ever happens, well bad enough to warrant cops." Mikayla blabbers excitedly, happy that something finally happened at our school.
"I heard it involved drugs." Alec passes on the gossip that was obviously wide spread yesterday.
"I heard there was a fight." Mark adds in.
If only they knew what it really was.
"I heard it was gang related." Cam says.
"I was in the hallways when the cops arrived, apparently some eleventh grader was suspected to have a weapon. The police were here searching their locker." Josh tells us looking proud to be able to tell us what he saw. Unlike the others he wasn't spreading on hear-say and rumours.
"Whoa really? That's scary." Mikayla squeaks.
Alec wraps his arms around Mikayla and squeezes kissing her forehead. Then he turn to me and asks, "Where were you for all of this?"
"At home."
"Why?" Mikayla questions.
"Sick."
"That sucks, you feeling better now though, right?"
"Most certainly." I give her a small smile.
Mikayla just smiles back at me.
I didn't feel like telling them the full truth, I mean that'd just be more of a hassle then it was worth. All the questions they'd be asking about what happened, never mind why I had been helping Mr. Ezra mark. I didn't lie to them, I didn't want to do so, the thought of what that kid said had made me sick to my stomach.

"All grade twelve's please head to the auditorium in an orderly fashion with your teachers." a voice booms over the PA system causing my class to simultaneously groan.
"Oh stop your groaning, I had to sit through it last block with my grade ten class too. It's just a precaution the school feels is a necessary evil after yesterday. Please gather your belongings and follow me." a stressed out Ezra commands us.
Great, one kid makes a threat and the who school pays for it. I'm in no mood to listen to carry on about the dangers of weapons and the consequences of ones actions. From the looks of it neither is Ezra from the looks of it. We got very little sleep, we spent most of the night watching TV until we once again passed out on the couch.
Entering to auditorium Ezra leads our class up the stairs to the rows of seats at the very top left corner, putting us in the very back. We all file in sitting with our friends. Mikayla and I sit in the back row off to the left side by the isle.
“I thought I’d give the class seats where we could go unnoticed by everyone else and do as we so please. As long as we’re quiet we shouldn’t have an issue here. I plan to rest and not listen to Ms. Dengrey’s lecture again. She’s a fantastic principle, but between us, she’s boring and her voice is far too squeaky.” Ezra says taking a seat beside me.
