Fast forward a few hours later and the gang was pretty pissed at you. I guess you were playing devils advocate, while Astride played the damsel in distress. Of coarse they took her side, given the've known her much longer. Meanwhile Hiccup was busy not talking to you...again. But everything is going to be ok, want to know why? Because you have a plan.

You walk up the stairs to Hiccup's place, seeing Snotlout lounging around, shunning you. You don't know what Astride told them but whatever it was they were overreacting just a little. So you decided to break the ice first. He was leaning against the wall, pretending to be asleep.

"Hey Snotlout, whats up?" You asked calmly. You were wearing your same old ranges from yesterday. The dark cape drapes over you, the hood folded back. Snotlout's silence made you realize it was time to get new rags- er i mean clothes. Well these viking styles might as well be rags to you.

He ignored you. "Its cool, ill just...be over here." Who cares about them, you didn't need friends anyways. Your dragon was the only friend you ever needed (your original, lost dragon) But Hiccup was the friend you desperately desired. You were about to go see him but Snotlout stopped you.

"He's not here, if thats who your looking for. He went out with Astride, don't know when he'll be back." He says, not looking at you.

"Oh, thanks." You chime with the slightest smile. Even if you hated to admit it, these people were growing on you. You don't remember what your mission originally was, but you knew it wasn't anything good for them. Eventually someone might come to get you, but who knows how long that would be. So it tugged at your heart strings a little to see them all mad at you.

Walking back down the stairs you decide to fly to Berk and have some clothes made for you. Seeing the small village below, you gracefully land on the outskirts and park Riptide in the dragon academy. 'Im sure Hiccup won't mind' you thought as you pet her goodbye and went into Berk. The sky was turning grey and it looked like it was going to rain soon so you put your hood up. You looked like a dark figure walking through the village. People gave you weird looks and whispered behind the scenes as you passed them. You had great ears so you heard most of it.

"Look at that girl.."

"Eww who is that!?"

"Has she always been here?"

"I thought Stoick took care of her?"

"She looks scary mommy..."

You didn't care about the mean ones. You don't know why you bothered opening your heart to anyone. It always ended the same, Bloody. Not knowing were to start you decided to go to Stoick's since he was the one that took care of you in the first place, why not. But on your way the elders hut caught your eye.  She silently screamed in terror as you both made eye contact. Naturaly everyone around her started getting scared by her reaction. Some of them even pulled out their swords.

"No, guys wait, its ok. I'm Stoick's friend, I was just going to see him." You explained with your hands up. It started to rain. You held your dragon staff in your right hand, using it as a cane when you walked. It glowed softly in the rain. The villagers were't buying your kindness.

"Yah right! The elder, she's never wrong!" One guy shouts.

"You better start talking! Why have you returned?" Another women shouted. You didn't know how to react. You really wanted these people to see you as a friend not a threat, despite your first intentions.
