Klaus: number 1. You didn't want anything expensive but klaus wanted to show you that the love you two share is as rare and beautiful as a black rose . On the inside he has your names engraved with the date you met and the words always and forever symbolizes that he now thinks of you as a part of his family .
Damon: 5. He loved you more than anything . You brought out the side of him that is full of love so he wanted to get you a ring with a heart to show you that you have his heart❤️
Stefan: you had a love for diamonds so when he took you to pick out your engagement ring you instantly fell in love with number 7.
Elijah: number 3. The moment he saw it he knew it was the one . Just like he knew you were the one the moment he laid eyes on you . It was the style you wanted and you loved it .
Kai:number 2 he wanted a traditional one but with a darker side so he got number 2 cause it has the blackish band.
Tyler: you loved the gold band with the diamond in the center so he got it for you .
Jeremy: number 4. You wanted simple and he wanted a ring with meaning so he found that ring and you both loved it . It's a simple diamond ring but the infinity signs symbolizes that your love is forever .
Matt:8. It was your mothers whom had passed away and you had always wanted it. So when he asked your dad for your hand your dad gave him the ring cause he knew how much it meant to you.
Alaric: 6. He likes how it swirled and he knew you had a necklace that would sort of match it so he got it .
