Taking A Chance

After months of rearranging their lives Micki & Tiny we're finally on they're own. Living in two different homes raising they're daughter. Tiny would drop Mariah off and Micki would pick her up and spend time with her. They were great parents to Mariah and you
Could tell they had the perfect family. People idolized them when they were out in public together. But remember everything that glitters ain't gold because it was just a image.
Sunday's were family day but this particular Sunday was a little different. Micki pick up Mariah and Tiny and took them the her fav restaurant for dinner. Dinner was so perfect it actually had Tiny feeling like things were perfect again. But Micki had something she needed to talk to her about and finding the perfect time wasn't going to be easy at all. They had dessert and was ready to go home it had been a long day. The ride to Tiny's house was very quiet Mariah had fell asleep in her car seat she was beat. Tiny kept drifting off but Micki wouldn't let her stay sleep she kept waking her up talking to her. Once they made it their Micki carried they're daughter inside and out her in the bed and tucked her in. Nights like these were hard for Micki because she was still adjusting to her daughter living in a different home. Tiny just stood in the door watching them there was definitely no doubt that Micki loved Mariah.
Micki kissed Mariah goodnight and was about to walk out the room and seen Tiny looking at her all teary eyed, so she had to ask.

Micki - why you looking like that?

Tiny - it's just so cute how you are with our daughter that's all.

Micki - "LoL" you always say that but what's so cute about it.

Tiny - so what! Yall relationship just cute your love for her is so real that's all.

Micki - Of course I'd give my life for her that's my princess.

Tiny - umm Micki it's kinda something I wanna talk to you about.

Micki - oh that's fine I wanna talk to you too.

Micki - Girl if you don't tell me what's on your mind.

Micki - So listen I know things have been going good with us and we have started being friends again as well as raising our daughter so I wanted to have this conversation with you.

Tiny - okay punk I'm listening "my heart was racing I didn't know what she was going to say but I wanted to tell her what I was thinking"

Micki - okay okay so I met this girl and we've been basically talking and stuff and I was thinking about going on a date. But I want your honest opinion

Tiny "I wasn't expecting that at all how FUCK I gotta think of something to say

Tiny -umm yes that's good I think you should go for it "I was shocked but I wanted her to be happy even if it wasn't with me"

Tiny - yes but it's getting really late so I'm gonna go to bed goodnight.
( oh shut the hell up she basically pushed me to tell her i still can't keep anything from her so I had to end the conversation )
