"Chelsea it's either you leave him or fight it! There's nothing in between, wake up woman!" She was shaking her entire body while she's there... Crying. It's such a funny scene. You're crying then your best friend is there giving you lessons——more like nagging the hell out of you. It's like a scene of you and your mother having that heart-to-heart talk.
"It's not that easy!" She reclaims. She was still crying, crying like a baby. Not just some baby but a baby who needs comfort and who wants to feel safe.
"Yes it's not but there's no other way!" She lost her patience, with that she stood up and is ready to leave.
"Bea, you're not helping..." She said deadpan and left her best friend looking like an idiot.
"You can't run away from it Chels! You can't!" She heard her best friend shout those words and it did hit her but she shrugged it off. That walking she was doing while ago turned into skipping, then into running. Her life's a mess. She couldn't even tell her best friend what's up with her. Nor her boyfriend.
Why is life making this so hard? She never wanted any of these! Lord please take it back! Please... Take it back...
She ran until she bumps to a guy. And to her surprise it's her boyfriend. Great, life are you going to make this any worse? She said in her thoughts. She rapidly wiped her tears as if she can trick him into thinking that she didn't cry, that she's okay. Her eyes were red it's obvious she just cried gallons of barrels.
"Chelsea what's wrong?!" He cupped her face immediately when he realized he bumped unto his girlfriend——his crying girlfriend.
"N-nothing..." She tapped his face off of her face.
"I have to go--"
"I'll go with you," He cuts her. James please stop, she thought. She's trying her best to act cold on him, pretending as if she doesn't care anymore, as if she doesn't love him anymore... As if she's tired of him and doesn't want any piece of him.
"No, I can manage." She said coldly without even glancing nor looking over his eyes. She doesn't want to see the pain she's causing to him——it crushes her. She turned her back at him and left without even saying 'good bye'. She started to run; afraid that he would catch up with her. And she doesn't want that... She'll melt.
He on the other hand started walking the other way. He was bothered... So much bothered by the way she treats him. So cold and emotionless. The love, care and sweetness for him disappeared in her eyes. She's gone... It's not her. It's no longer her.
"Chelsea why are you doing this to me?" He reached the school's garden and he sat on the bench. He wipes his face to refresh his mind but it's all mixed up. His tears were already building up in the corner of his eyes. And he thought of it again. Does she still love him? That's the second time he thought of that question.
He wiped his face with his dry hands. "Fuck. Stop it, of course she does. I don't want to talk to myself anymore." People say you clear things up in your head. Just you and your mind. But it seems like it's not working for him. Absolutely not.
