-------               --------

When Akashi opened her locker, it wasn't a letter about fickle feelings that was inside but a single piece of paper with only one word written on it.

Bitch.

Akashi scoffed as she crumpled the letter. She changed into her indoor shoes and threw the paper in the nearest trash can. She has no time to deal with girls who doesn't have anything better to do than waste their time to write one word on a paper then put it inside somebody else's locker. Those types were usually the good-for-nothing's.

She made her way to her classroom not minding the audible whispers of some girls as she passed by. It was so obvious that they wanted her to hear what they were saying that the redhead wanted to cringe by their shallowness. She ignored the rude comments they were making; it will take more than that to even make her stop and give them some of her attention.

There were some girls - third years if she's not mistaken(of course she's not)- who openly looked at the redhead in disgust but Akashi just smiled at them sympathetically as if they were the most pitiful persons she knew who set foot on earth. Her smile turned into a small smirk as she passed by those girls who all looked bemused with her actions.

Akashi was on class duty so she had to spend extra time inside the classroom to finish what she had to do. Mio decided to stay back with Akashi because she had insisted that doing it alone is not healthy for anybody's health. No one decided to argue with her logic.

"Do you like Nijimura-senpai?" Mio asked with her chin rested on her palm.

"I do," Akashi answered without looking up at the other girl.

"I kne-"

"But not the way you think," the redhead added. Honestly, she was quite surprised with herself that she was able to answer that with a straight face.

"Eeeeeeh?" Mio whined. "But you guys are like-- oh gosh I wouldn't mind Senpai having a girlfriend if it's you,"

Akashi remained silent. She just focused in finishing her work. She can feel her heart beating against her chest. Not good. That can't possibly be a good sign.

"Akashi-chan, y-your face is red!" Mio said excitedly across the table.

"Is it?" Akashi said absentmindedly.

"My, you just have to be honest with your feelings," Mio said smiling knowingly.

"Hey Akashi Seira," a third voice said. Mio looked at the door and saw two female students glaring at them. One was a short-haired girl with her bangs clipped on one side while the other has her black hair pulled up in a bun. She was sure the two females doesn't mean any good business.

"How may I help you?" the redhead asked looking up at them.

"How about you disappear from the face of the earth? That would be a great help," the black-haired girl scoffed.

"Oh I'm sorry but that's beyond what I can do, is there anything else?" Akashi is usually polite but she can be rude when situation calls for it. She kept her gaze straight into the other girl's eyes while Mio was panicking inside.

"You little whore, don't think so highly of yourself," the black-haired girl walked into the room until she was in front of the redhead. "Or should I make you realize your place?"
