*Victoria*

I drowsily awoke. It was a quarter past midnight. I looked around the room that I shared with Brooklin in the Big House tonight. Her bed was empty. Her covers were in a heap on the floor, and her jacket was gone from the coat rack.

I leapt out of bed and threw on my jacket. In this weather, she could get herself killed. I made my way through the storm. It was so bitter cold, that I almost couldn't move, and the wind stung my skin like a swarm of bees. I would never find her in this storm, it might already be too late. That's when I heard it. Unmistakable crying. I made my way towards it by ear. There was Brooklin, crying on the dock.

"Brooklin! We've got to get inside! This weather could kill you!" she didn't reply. I walked over to her, and helped her up. I put her arm around my shoulder, supporting her weight. We made it steadily back to the Big House. About half way there, Brooklin passed out from the cold, and I knew we weren't going to make it back to the Big House I looked around and lugged Brooklin tot he nearest cabin, pounding on the door. Nobody answered. I kept pounding, until I couldn't take it. I was slipping away. I was just about to pass out, when the door opened a crack, and then I was gone.

I woke up next to a fire, wrapped in blankets. Brooklin was next to me, already awake. She glanced at me, and saw me awake, then threw her arms around me.

"You're awake!" she cried. "I'm so sorry! I don't know what I was thinking!" I hugged her back.

"It's okay." I told her. "Just don't do it again."  I told her seriously, and she started laughing. She nodded.

"Okay." I looked around. There were bookshelves lining every wall, except for one that was lined with computer desks, and a smart board hung on the wall above them. There was a fireplace in between two bookcases, which I was sitting in front of. There was a door, leading to another room, which I could see was full of bunk beds. We were obviously in the Athena cabin. judging from ho dark it was outside, it was about two in the morning.

" You guys coming to breakfast in the basement?" someone asked from behind me.                        "Josiah? Is that you?" Brooklin asked in shock. Josiah looked happy.

"Brooklin! Victoria!" He hugged us. Then he looked right at Brooklin and slapped her. "Don't you ever do that again. Ever!" he demanded. she laughed and nodded.

"Will do." He laughed, and looked at me.

"You're back!" He exclaimed. I smiled.

"I'm back." I agreed. He laughed.

"Come one," he gestured for us to follow him.

                           "Let's go have some breakfast."
