"Faith Hall, you are World Champion, Erik Durm's girlfriend, are you not?" The reporter shoved the microphone into Faith's face, who sighed and removed her sunglasses.

Faith ignored the sharp pain in her temple, or the nauseating feeling the reporter gave her and answered with confidence.

"Fortunately, no," Faith smiled and strutted down the sidewalk, entering Chanel to buy herself a new purse. After all, she deserved it for landing another role.

The reporter stood back, startled by Faith's demeanor. She had yet to see someone with more confidence than her.

Faith spent about thirty minutes deciding on a bag, but ended up leaving empty-handed. That's how it usually worked. Or if she bought a bag, she never used it. Everything she had was somehow barely used.

As she walked down the street, Faith subconsciously thought about her future, the big plans she had after possibly hitting fame in a few months.

Honestly, it was all because of Erik Durm for being a jealous guy. Erik Durm had paid her to act like his "super-in-love" girlfriend to make a famous American football player, Libby Stimme, jealous. It was all super ridiculous. Faith had been invited to Libby's wedding, although it wasn't to Erik, it was to Thomas Muller, which amused Faith. The wedding was in a few days, actually.

She was sort of happy for Libby but bitter about the whole experience. As soon as Erik said something romantic, it made the whole ordeal seem real, but then Faith would catch him gawking at Libby. How pathetic.

But thanks to him, everyone knew who she was. Agents had begged her to model and directors had met up with her for minor roles, even a few major ones.

The piercing pain persisted in her head, her legs feeling wobbly. Faith assumed it was just exhaustion from going to so many photo-shoots. She experienced it often enough.

Faith grabbed a coffee from the nearest shop. It always helped to ease the pain.

But suddenly she felt herself double over with a scream in her ear and a thud echoed through her head and then she was laying in her piping hot coffee, streaming onto her hand as people surrounded her.

Most of them were taking pictures and videoing, and only a few tried to help her. Faith was still the center of attention....but not the kind of attention she wanted at the moment.

Well, shit.
