I walk in and see my sister standing out on the balcony. She hears the door close and turns to me, instantly giving me a death glare. I'm so fucked.

She comes into the room and slams the sliding screen door shut.

"Where the hell have you been? I get it that you're 17 and you probably just think that you can just do whatever but you know how mom is."

Yep, I most definitely know how my mom is by now.

She shelters me from the rest of the world while still pushing me out of hers.

"If I tell her that you've been out all night and you didn't even care to text me or anything, she'd fucking flip and you'd not be allowed to go anywhere for a long time."

She pauses and keeps her death glare on me, waiting for me to explain myself. I take a deep breath and take a moment to straighten the lie out in my head.

"There's no reason to be flipping out on me. I know I should have texted you at least but I didn't even think about it. Okay so after the concert, I got on twitter and I got hotel info for where the boys are staying and it wasn't confirmed but I wanted to go just in case because they mean everything to me and I just really wanted to meet them. All the fans who were there waited all night but we didn't get to meet them. I'm sorry." I try and make it sound as sincere as possible without being fake about it.

Her eyes soften a little bit. She knows how much they mean to me so I'm silently praying that the story worked.

"It's okay sis." she finally responds. "I'm not gonna tell mom and I'm sorry you didn't get to meet them. But seriously, you really should have texted me."

"I know." I say as I hang my head in mock shame.

She then gets a look of amusement on her face.

"It's probably a good thing you weren't here last night. Some people on this floor were fucking and I'm pretty sure the whole floor was able to hear it. And I think it was some kinky motherfuckers because I'm pretty sure I heard 'daddy' screamed quite a bit."

Oh god, she heard us.

I laugh nervously and feel my face instantly begin to heat up so I turn and go over to my suitcase and start picking out something to wear today.

I take an extra minute picking something out to make sure my face was returned back to it's normal color, not beet red. I grab a fresh set of underwear, black skinny jeans that are ripped at the knee, a loose maroon tanktop, a black bow, and a pair of socks.

I go to the bathroom and throw my clothes on and brush through my hair quickly. I leave it straight today pretty much because I don't have any other choice since Ashton and I are meant to meet the boys in the lobby in like 5 minutes. I bobby pin back both sides of my hair and put the bow back in the middle. I brush my teeth as quickly and thoroughly as possible. I grab my makeup bag and just put on a bit of concealer, eyeliner, and mascara.

I walk out of the bathroom and my sister is sitting on her bed on her laptop.

"Emily, I'm gonna go out for some food and to just kind of explore. I'll be back in a bit." I tell her as I put my socks and shoes on.

She looks up and says, "Alright, but if I text you this time you'd better reply."

"I know, Em. I will." I say to her as I walk out of the door.

Thank god my excuse worked and she just kind of dismissed it or I would have been completely screwed.

I walk down to Ashtons door and knock and he answers it a few moments later, looking absolutely amazing like always. He has on black skinny jeans, a plain black t-shirt, and a pair of black boots. It's such a simple outfit but holy fuck he looks so good.
