Chapter 31:Last day to Impress

Brook pov.

"Hey alpha Zack what's up?" I say. I'm at the beach with scarlet whose in her way to cute red and black striped bikini in the water. That is a great sight to see. "Hey me boy so you asked her yet?"

"No not yet I'm waiting till Friday for that." I sigh. "To more days and she'll be all mine and noone will ever have her." I say watching scarlet come back to land with water dripping all over her. "Hey whose that on the phone?"

"Oh it's just daddy in law he said hi."

"Oh okay Hi daddy." She smiled sitting next to me with with a towel hiding her figure away with only a piece of clothing. "Okay now I got to go my girl wants my attention now bye."

"I never said that."

"What was that I don't think he heard you since I already ended the call"I laugh. "Jerk."

"But I'm your jerk."

"Yeah you are." She giggles placing her head on my shoulder as we watch the sun go down for hours until I hear her yawn. "Someones sleepy." I tease. "N-no I'm not." She mumbles as her eyes flicker up and down. "Come on now let's get back home."

"No I want more time with you."

"You sure." She nods "Okay we can stay for a little while longer. Let go swimming a little."

"O-okay" We stand up and race to the water and stay there till 1. "You know this kinda reminds me of the first time we met except you were naked." I wiggle my eyebrows. "Yeah?"

"Yeah both of us naked in the water as I was trying to impress you with my handsome charm." We laugh. "Yeah you definitely had a way with me back then."

"Hey I got you marked didn't eye?"

"Yeah and I loved you ever since." She said kissing my nose. "I love you."

"I love you too." I say holding her in my arms. The next thing well....I don't think I'm getting laid Friday after what I did. "Brook you dick!"

"You did that to me now it makes us even!"I yell back. So I dropped her in the water the same way she did to me the day we met. "I'm a girl I can get away with that!"

"Not in my world." I pull her back up getting a hit in the shoulder. "Fine I'll let it slide this one time. jeez now I'm gonna have to shower for ours on end."

"I can help."

"Nope than it'll be longer."

"Hey it all depends when you explode." I tease picking her up bridal style. "S-shut up."

"Okay now let's go home." I say walking up to the car but she stops me. "Wait I got to do something."

"and that is?" She gets out of my grip and shifts into her wold and looks up to the sky. "Babe what are you doing?" She howls up to the moon shaking her tail and jumping into the ocean only to come out with wet fur. "Really?" She nods brushing her wet fur on my leg and walks up to the trunk and get a towel out from it. "Looks like someones gonna have a cold tomorrow.

"It was worth it I always wanted to do that well once I figured out I was a wolf."

"It's fun isn't it."

"Yup." She smiles.

The next day.

"One more day and you'll be mine." I whisper looking at my mate's sleeping face on my chest. "Mm....mine." I chuckle. She's just so dang cute. "Yes baby all yours." I brush her hair softly.

Scarlet pov.

I can't see anything everything's so dark. Where am I? I try opening my eyes  but they feel like 100k weights. Suddenly I here crying from children. "M-mommy!" Huh? Mommy?

"Scarlet why?! Why were you taken away from me.! I love you." I hear brook voice and eyes start to open to see him with a girl that has the same color as my hair wearing nothing but black and tears in her eyes. "W-why won't mommy wake up?! Why?!" She opens her eyes and she has the same eyes as his. I have a daughter?!  "I'm sorry Emily. I-I'm so sorry." Wait No I'm still alive. I'm right here just look at me! Somebody! Help me!!! I want to see my baby girl and tell her that everything's alright. That I'm still alive.

"We have come here today to say good-bye to Scarlet James." What?We're married?" She was a loving woman, mate, wife, mother, and Luna." Make it stop someone help me!! The ceremony  goes on torturing me for hours having they one I love cry out my name over and over again asking me to wake up, to open my eyes and come out of this coffin. I wish i could but I can move. I feel like someone chained me up. Finally it was all over for me. The coffin closed me up and I could feel it slowly lowering down but I could still here the cries and sorrow of my family. It was all over.

"NOOO" I jump out of the bed and to the floor. Brook heard and saw me with sweat dripping from my forehead. "Babe what's wrong." He asks jumping off and holding me tightly. "I-I'm sorry just a nightmare."

"It's going to be okay, I'm right here."

"I promise I won't leave you ever!" I cry into his arms. until I go back to sleep

Brook pov.

I heard screaming and falling coming from scarlet and instantly saw her shaking in fear as sweat  falling from her forehead. "I promise I won't leave you!" She cries into my chest for a while till she falls back asleep. I hate seeing her like this. I only except tears of joy anything else that's sad is unexceptionable. Well hey at least I know she won't leave me. One more day. One last chance to win her heart. One more day to impress the woman I love and never let go.
