The next day I woke up early and got ready heading down into the common room to be greeted by two arms wrapping around my waist. "Good morning my beautiful troublemaker." I heard Draco said as I turned in his arms and hugged him.

"So you heard?" I asked

"Snape was livid about it when I ran into him during the feast last night." He said

"We didn't mean to we couldn't get through the barrier at the train station so we ended up flying the car..." I said and looked up at him giving a small smile.

He chuckled and kissed my head, "Ya well I think it was great if it wasn't for your brother and the Weasley boy." He said

"Oh be nice I'm not dealing with your hate for them this morning." I said putting my hands on my hips.

"Fine, fine. Come on let's get to class then." He said and we walked out to meet up with his two goons and headed to our first class of the day.

As we waited in the green house dressed up in the outfits for it our teacher came in. "Morning everyone!" She said then hit on a pot. "Good morning everyone!"

"Good morning Professor!" We all said.

"Welcome to the greenhouse three second years. Now gather around everyone today we are going to repot mandrakes. Who here can tell me the properties of the mandrake root. Yes Ms. Granger." The professor said pointing to Hermione.

"Mandrake or mandragora is used to turn those who've been petrified to there original state. It's also quite dangerous the mandrakes cries fatal to anyone who hears it." She said

"Excellent ten point to Gryffindor." The Professor said and Harry and Ron smiled at each other and Harry smirked at Draco who glared back I gently kicked his leg to stop him from glaring.

"These mandrakes are only seedling so their cries won't kill you yet but they could knock you out for several hours which is why I've given each of you a pair of earmuffs for protection so could you please put them on right away quickly." The professor said as we put on the earmuffs, "Flaps tight down and watch me closely. You grasp your mandrake firmly you pull right up out of the pot." She yanked out the mandrake who started screaming instantly and a lot of us pressed on our earmuffs tighter, "Now you dump it into the other pot and pour a little sprinkling the soil to keep it warm." I looked and noticed that Neville had passed out and the teacher sighed as the mandrake stopped crying, "Longbottom has been neglecting his earmuffs."

"No ma'am he's just fainted." One of the students said.

"Yes well just leave him there." The professor said, "Right on we go! Plenty of pots to go around grasp your mandrake and pull it up!" We all followed her instructions and all you could hear was the screaming of the mandrakes a lot of people looked disgusted with them including me.

Looking at Draco I watched as he stuck his finger in its mouth only to have it be bitten and he had to yank his finger out before putting the mandrake in its new pot. After our first part of the day classes we all went to the dinning hall for lunch and I sat down next to Draco holding his hand under the table when suddenly there was a flash. "Hello (Y/N) I'm Colon Creely I'm in Gryffindor I'm going to be a news reporter!" The boy who took the picture said

"It's nice to meet you Colon but how bout you go take a picture of my brother Harry he's also a Gryffindor." I said kindly smiling at the boy who eagerly nodded and walked away before I used my free hand to rub my eyes. A little later we heard the screech of an owl and looking up I noticed it was Ron's owl. "Uh oh..." I whispered and watched as it flew down and ran straight into a bowl of chips. Ron took the letter and stared at it.
