"Mum, I'll be fine, I have Hugo, Albus, James and Rosie, I'll be fine." I said to Mummy, who was crying into my shoulder, "Are you going to be okay?"

"Oh, sweetheart, you can stay home another year?" Mum said, stroking my face, I wasn't in the least bit bothered by leaving and going to Hogwarts, I'm actually excited.

"Mum, just let Lily go." James said, he was now in his 4th year, and Albus in his 3rd.

"It'll be fine, Ginny, she's a big girl now, she'll write, won't you Lils?" Dad said, trying to reassure Mum.

"Well, my first year at Hogwarts was awful, you remember Harry." Dad got this dreadful look on his face.

"Yeah, Lils, I think your Mum's right, you could stay home another year."

"No, Dad, no, I'll be perfectly fine, James was, Albus was." I reasoned, pushing Mum off my shoulder and walking backwards.

About that time I saw Uncle Ron and Aunt Hermione, "Lily!" Hugo yelled from about 30 feet away, he ran toward me and my family. Hugo gave me a huge hug, "Hogwarts, Lily, we're going to Hogwarts!"

"I know, Hugo, well that is if Mum doesn't snatch me back up and carry me away home like a baby." I said, walking to my favorite uncle, Ron. "Uncle Ron!" I sqeauled, hugging him tightly.

"Lily! Kiddo, you ready to go and be a Gryffindor like your entire family?" Uncle Ron boomed as he kissed my forehead.

"Yes, sir, I am." I said very cofidently, "And so is Hugo, we were talking about it last night, he snuck over by the floo network, but don't be mad it was only for a little while." Our parents had set both of us up with our own Floo networks, for the purpose of always wanting to hangout, during the time when our older siblings were at school we would stay together everyday, all day.

"Lily Luna Potter, don't rat me out like that!" Hugo said sternly, giving me the evil glare, but he fails doing it at me because I'm his best friend and we can't be mad with each other.

"Hugo Fred Weasley, don't use that tone with me." I scolded him teasingly, as Aunt Hermione laughed at our bickering.

"Hey Lily, where's your Mummy and Dad?" She asked, she hasn't seen them lately since her orginazation S.P.E.W had taken off very rapidly, since her book that hit the Daily Prophet's bestseller list. I read the book and it pulled at your heartstrings and made you want to free all the house elves due to the way some owners treated them. I always treated Kreacher well though we did give him clothing, but he wanted to stay with us.

"Over there, Mum's crying about me going to Hogwarts."

"Don't worry, I cried about Hugo everyday for the past week." aunt Hermione said as she gave me a hug and ventured on to find her 2 best friends, along with Uncle Ron.

Rose walked over with her best friend Kiley Peddinton, her mum was part of Dumbldore's Army back in my parents days at Hogwarts. "Hey, flower!" Rose said, as she walked by probably taking Kiley to see James, she fancies him.

"Hey, Rosie." I said, turning back to Hugo, "So you really ready?"

"Of course, Lily."

"Me too, now don't go off and make yourself a new best friend, okay?"

"As long as you don't. Now I want to go see Aunt Ginny and Uncle Harry." He grabbed my hand and pulled me off toward my parents, I glanced at the clock 10:50, we have 10 minutes until we leave for Hogwarts. "Hi Uncle Harry, Aunt Ginny."

"Hello Hugo, you don't have to go either, you know." My Mum cried, giving us both puppy dog eyes.

"Me and Lily really want to go, and we'll be back for Christmas, and we'll write everyday if you want." Hugo comprimised with my Mum.

"Lily, do you want to go?" Mum asked, her eyes practically begging for me to say no, be strong, I thought to myself.

"Yes, mum, you let James and Albus go." I said, picking up my owl, Athena, and looking at my Mum, "We need to board, Hugo." My Mum stifled a cry, never in my life have I seen her act so hysterical.

"I love you, Lily Luna." My Dad said, kissing my head lightly and hugging me, "Tell Hagrid to come and visit and Neville we miss him and to help keep James and Albus in line."

"Yes, Dad, I love you, I'll write you tomorrow."

"Bye, Sweetheart, I love you, be safe, don't write in diaries people give you, don't go into the prefects' bathroom, the one with Moaning Myrtle. Oh, and give Neville these, I promised him I'd make him some." Mum handed me a brown baggie with what smelled like Mum's homemade cauldron cakes, "Oh and I made you some too, share them with Hugo, and don't tell your brothers, they'd be angry with me." Mum joked, handing me another bag.

"Thanks, Mummy, I'll share them with Hugo, and never would I! I love you too, like I told Dad, I'll write tomorrow, look for Athena. And no diaries from strangers, I swear."

"Remember to get enough sleep and study!" Mum said, as me and Hugo made our way to the train, "I'll send you many, many packages."

"Bye, Lily, we'll miss you!" Dad called out, "Hugo, take care of her." We waved and nodded at my parents, aunt and uncle.

"Bye Hugo, we love you, you too Lily! Watch him!" Aunt Hermione yelled, we waved at her too. We walked on board, I willed myself not to cry, I just latched onto my cousin's handed and followed as he found us seats.

"Over here!" Julie Longbottom cried from a empty seating room, "Lily, Hugo!" We walked toward her, quickly filling into the small space and taking our seats. I saw my parents wave at us and then the train slugged forward and I was on my way to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, to become trained in the magic my family could preform.
