Next Day. Dance. And A camera?

Walking to school with Anne.
"Wait what?" Anne said as we walk to school this morning.
"Hey I say the truth." I was telling her what happened. She is the only other that knows about my home in the trees. She knows about it cause she's my best friend forever and always.
"So I'm correct!" She smiled really big.
"What?"
"That night I spent at your house remember."
"Oh ya." I said, remembering what happen that night.
"Ya. I think his likes you and you like him"
"You don't say." I said and gave her the 'Really! You think that!' look.
"Don't gave me that look, Andrea! And look at who's in front of the school." She said as I saw Henry and Lucy stand there talking to Tom, Jay and Jacaueline. We walk up and pass them, waving at them and smiling.
"Oh ya." I said and than wisper into Anne ear "Henry is in all my classes" as we up to the front door.
"NO WAY THAT'S POS-" She was yelling but I put my hand over her mouth. We were only a few steps from Henry, Lucy and them. I looked at them and pulled her inside. We walk to our lockers. (My locker is on top her's is on the bottom.)
"Keep your mouth shut. Ok?" I told her as I open my locker and started putting my stuff up and grabbed my stuff for the first half of the day.
"Ok." She said as she push me back a little bit so she could get to her locker.
"Good. I haven't said anything to him since than." I told her as I close my locker and lean on the lockers next to ours. Has she close her locker, the bell rang. "See you." I told her and stared to walk down the hall to my first class.
"See you." I heard from her.
I turn the corner to enter the class room I bump into someone.
"Oh, I'm sorry." I told him he turned around and it was Henry. "Hi."
"Hey. Ummmm.... about yesterday I-"
"Don't talk about that, please." I said very quickly. I walk past him in to class getting a paper from the teacher and sat in my seat at the front of the class.

Time skip
Lunch
Just me and Anne sitting at our table.
"So did you understand any of that lecture?" Anne asked me as we eat our lunch.
"No, not really. I couldn't even get any notes he was talking so fast." I told her as I looked up at. I saw Henry and Jann sitting there. Henry was looking at me and Jann was talking his ear off. "Poor Henry. Jann over there talking his ear off." Anne looked over.
"Ya poor boy." She said turning back to her food.
I mouth 'sorry' to him and all he did was gave me a small smile. Or that lest I think the smile was for me. It could have been for something Jann said.
Mr.Ray our principal came in with his always greeting smile. He walk up on stage get the mic from our lunch teacher. "Hello kids. Just keep eating. Why I talk to you guys and girls. So not this Friday but next Friday we will have a dance. It's the end of the year dance this year the theme is field of colorful flowers. We want your color to come out. Next week thay well be selling tickets at $5 per ticket and for Monday through Wednesday thay well be selling tickets 2 for $7. Boys this is the time to ask out the girl you are in love with. And you must have a mask. Ok thank you." Mr.Ray hand back the mic to the lunch teacher and walk back. I went back to eat my lunch when I feel a hand on my right arm, I jumped alittle and looked over to see Anne. She wispers in my ear "Look who's staring at you." I looked up to see Henry staring right at me with a small smile. We stayed like that till a figure step in between us. I looked up to see it was Jann standing there, looking down at me.
"Look here, foster girl. Henry is going with me if he ask you you say 'No' got it." I just sat there.
"She doesn't have to lessen on you, Jann. She can say yes if she wants to." Anne said standing up.
"Stay out of this store girl. You heard what I said stupid blonde." And she walk away Henry was not in his seat when she left. I felt like I was about to cry so I got up and walk out of the cafeteria. I walk to bathroom close to Ms.Mills class. I had such a hard time these past few months. I sat on the floor digging through my bag. I took out the picture of the man looking at the man than turning it to the back and read it.

I have face many deaths as of where I am. To know that you and the baby are there and safe is good to know. I well stay safe and return home at and cost.

I stared to cry again when I herd foot steps than and a knock that the door of the stall.
"Andrea, you can come out its just me Ms.Mills." I open the door and she hug me. She knows me the best out of all my teachers. "Do you want to say in my class for the rest of the day?"
"Yes please."
"Ok I well send a message to your other teachers to not mark you not there. Come on." And we walk to her class room I help her with papers. As she work with her class she had.

Henry PVO
Going to the last class of the day.
I have not seen Andrea since I saw her walk out of the lunch room and from the look of it. It look like she was about to cry. Why? Where she is? I got to my locker opening it and getting my stuff. I close my locker and Jann standing there trying to look all cute.
"Hi Henry. Where have you been? I haven’t seen you since lunch." She ask. I wonder if Andrea left crying because of her?
"I been in class, Jann." I said looking at her.
"So what about the dance? Are you going?"
"I have not decided yet, Jann." But I have. I what to ask Andrea but I'm scared she well say no. But I'm also scared that someone else well asked her.
"Oh Ok well than. I well see you later, Henry." She said and walk away with a sway in here hips. I roll my eyes at her and turn to walk to my last class. I walk in seeing Andrea in a chair looking out the window. Her hair looks like a mess she turn her head to face me I her eyes were red. Ms.Mills was not in the room I put my bag down and grabbed a chair. I put the across from her. She gave me a small sad smiled and I gave one back.
"So this is where you been hiding." I said and she gave alittle laugh.
"I was not hiding from you. I was hiding from Jann. Just to let you know." She told me smiling even more.
"And it looks like you have been crying."
"Ya. It's been ruff these past few months for me."
"Ya I well agree with that."
"What?" She asked me confused.
"Nothing." I told her.

Time skip
The bell rang and Andrea gather her suff really fast and left. I started to pick my stuff up when I saw a camera out of the corner of my eye. I picked it up and looked at the picture.
"Oh, Andrea left her camera." Ms.Mills said from behind me. Wow. The picture held beautiful colors and it was so amazing. "I still don't see the colors she sees in the picture. All I see is back and white." She said. What I see the color how can she not?

I walk out of the class room and made a B-Line to the river. I was crying again and I did not want any one see me crying. As  I walk I dig through my bag trying to find my camera. Where is it? Did I leave it in Ms.Mills class. Oh,no. What happens if Henry finds it. No one as never seen the color that I seen. Everyone thinks it's weird that I carry a camera that only takes black and white picture. But I see them in color. I need to find my camera.
