Chapter 5

Hey guys! Long time no see... It's been about a year since I last updated. I'm so sorry! I'm just gonna pick up from where I left off and just continue with the story. Hope you guys enjoy!

Alex's POV
We all sat down in the lobby to discuss room assignments. Obviously Jim and Tanya would be together so they were already in their room. Zoe said, "Louise and I already decided that we were gonna room together so we're gonna go up our room. Bye guys!" Louise and Zoe went ups to their rooms and that left me, Caspar, Joe and Marcus. I personally thought that I was gonna room with Joe. But I guess it was a bit more complicated than that. I got a text from Caspar, even though he was sitting literally right across from me.
Caspar: hey, do you want to maybe room together..?
Wow Caspar wanted to share a room with me. I wasn't really expecting that.
Me: okay sure. I'll speak up and mention it.
I sent the message and then spoke up and said," Caspar and I can share a room together." Joe looked at me with a confused face. "Are you sure you don't want to room with me?" Joe said. I replied," yes Joe I'm fine. I always room with you on vacation I think it's time for a little change." Joe then said, "alright. Caspar don't you dare try anything. Do you hear me?" Caspar then nodded and we were off! Joe and Marcus were with us on the journey of looking for our room because there room was going to be right next to ours. When Caspar and I entered our room I right away went for the bed against the wall. I need to have a wall next to me while I sleep because I love having a wall to lean on while I sleep. Caspar put his stuff on his bed and started to unpack and I decided to do the same. While we were unpacking, Caspar spoke up and said," Joe didn't seem okay with the fact of us rooming together. Are you sure he's okay with it?" I then replied,"I don't know to be honest. I love him and all, but he's a bit to protective. Kinda like an older brother. He's so strict when it comes to boys even looking at me. I mean since your his friend he's okay with us talking and sitting next to each other on plane but rooming together is when he draws the line. That's when he thinks something is going on between us when in reality there's nothing going on."
Caspar's POV
But there is something going on. I'm falling for her. Hard. I don't know what to do. I don't think I should tell her especially Joe. I didn't realize joe was like this. I mean I have no idea how Alex feels about me. She probably just looks at me as a friend. My thoughts were cut short by a ringing phone. It was Alex's. When she was done talking on the phone she said,"wanna head down to the pool? Joe said that everyone else is going in little." I agreed to that idea and I went to the bathroom to put my swim trunks on and when I was done I came out to see Alex in a bikini and I couldn't help but stare. She just looked so perfect. When she realized I was staring, she said," you don't look so bad yourself!" I then said," wait-what-oh-um sorry and thanks" well that was awkward. She said," haha it's fine. We should get going we have to be down there in a little." She put a dress on top of her bathing suit while I put a shirt on and we were out the door!
