Today I was with Sammy and no one knew. I lied to my friends and told them I was sick and stuck at home all day. I told my brother that I was at my friends so he could tell mom and dad that. I know that two lies leads into one big lie, but it's for love.
I was sitting on the couch scrolling through channels and Sammy was in the kitchen getting chips.
"We should watch a movie" Sammy suggested walking back into the living room and sitting next to me.
"Yeah we should" I said
"What should we watch?"
"I don't know, you choose" I said too busy scrolling through Twitter
Right when I was about to set my phone down it vibrated which meant I had a text message.
I unlocked my phone and checked who texted me and it was Corey.
Corey: Sierra and Isabella are here wondering where you are. They found out that you're not sick. Get over here!
Jadlyn: Okay, I'll be over in 3
I put my phone in my back pocket and grabbed my bag.
"I gotta go" I told Sammy as I was walking towards him.
"Aw why?"
"My friends found out that I lied to them and are wondering where I am" I kissed Sammy's cheek and started walking towards the door.
"Don't leave" Sammy begged
"I'll be back later or you can come over. Just remember; no one can know about us"
"Okay" Sammy said and I walked out the door.

"Where the hell have you been" Izzy yelled at me once I opened the door.
"I was out" I said closing the door
"Out where?"
"Just out. Nothing much" I lied
"Why are you lying?! We're best friends" Sierra said
"If I told you you would hate me!"
"I couldn't hate you. We're best friends" Sierra calmly said
"I'm sorry, I can't"
"Whatever. Let's go Izzy" Sierra and Izzy left without a saying another word.
I walked up to my room and sighed. They would so hate me if they found out I was dating Sammy.
"Why didn't you just tell them" Corey asked me from his doorway.
"Because they would hate me"
"Why would they hate you for dating Sammy?"
"Because he was a fuckboy and they hate him"
"So?"
"They would hate me for dating him. Look Corey, it's complicated"
"How complicated could it be? Just tell them he's not a fuckboy anymore and you're dating him"
"I don't know. It's seems risky to tell them"
"It's your call" Corey told me and closed his door.
I don't know if I should tell them that I'm dating Sammy. It's pretty risky. People would call me a slut or a whore or a bitch just being with him. I don't know. Maybe I just need to not care about what people say.
I walk into my room and close the door. I climb onto my bed and just lay there. I feel like going to sleep, but not really. So I get my phone from my back pocket and unlock it. I decide to tell Sierra that I'm dating Sammy over FaceTime.I'm willing to take the risk.
Waiting for Sierra to answer the FaceTime call is scarring me.
What if she hates me for not telling her? I hope not.
After the third ring she finally answered.
"Hello" Sierra said sounding annoyed
"Hey um, I just wanted to tell you something"
"And what is it?"
"I've lied to you because..."
"Because? C'mon I don't have all day"
"Okay okay. Uh..." I took a deep breath and just said it.
"I'm dating Sammy"
"You're fucking lying"
"But I'm not"
"You slut" she said and hung up
"Wow, that hurt a lot coming from my best friend" I said
A couple seconds after my phone call conversation with Sierra she @ me on Twitter saying...
"@SierraTheBadBitch So there's a new slut dating Sammy and its @ToxicJadlyn . Go show the slut some 'love'"
That tweet got me and I just bawled my eyes out. The sobs were loud and my brother kept banging on my door asking what's wrong, but I just ignored him.
I knew she'll hate me and call me a slut. After that tweet my phone started going off, but I didn't bother to check what the notifications were about. I cried for about an hour straight and then fell asleep.
Before I fell asleep, Corey said, "Sammy's here to see you and he's worried like everyone else" but I didn't respond. I just fell asleep.
