I walk down the hallway to see pancakes and sausage on a plate at the table waiting for me. "Are you going to join us?" my grandpa asks a bit irritated obviously choosing not to eat until I sit down. "Ya." is all I say and I sit down and cover my pancakes and sausage in syrup. My grandpa and I don't get along all that well. I just don't like him. hearing his voice irritates me. "How did you sleep, honey?" Penny, my grandma asks. "Good I guess; I dunno." I say taking the last bite of my meal. I take my plate to the kitchen sink and rinse it off. "Hey Penny, what are we doing June 3rd?" I ask hesitantly. "Why?" is all she says. "Do I need a reason? I'm just asking. it'd be nice if you could just answer my question without being nosey." She looks at me stunned. then looks all butthurt. "Wow." she says and takes her plate to the sink and walks away. "Don't be disrespectful to her! She bends over backwards for you and is always..." the rest of his lecture was blocked out. I really don't care for what he has to say. He can suck a dick. He suddenly stops talking. "ok, got it." I say and go back to my room. "Well so much for asking to go to the One Direction concert." I say to myself. I sat there texting my best friend Alex really pissed off. I just wanted to throw my phone, but I'm smart enough not to. "GO AWAY HOOKER!" I pick up my phone to see who texted me. "Hey did you ask yet?" is what the text from Alex read. "No, I accidentally hurt penny's feelings so I'm going to ask later." I typed then sent. *sigh* I plug in my earphones and go to my music player on my phone. "Hmmmm..." I say to myself. I have too much music on my phone I never know what to listen to. I finally decide on 'Nobody Compares' by One Direction. "GO AWAY HOOKER!" My phone yells which interrupts the song. I turn my phone volume down and then open the unread message from Alex. "Way to go. the concert is in 4 months. Ticket prices are going to rise soon." I rolled my eyes at my phone. "Well maybe if she wasn't so damn nosey I wouldn't have to say things that hurt her feelings." I typed slamming my fingers against my phone screen. *send*
