Regret rejecting me yet?

Chapter 13.

Aria's prov.

We follow Xavier's parents into the pack house and through the door of his office. We both sit down on the sofa placed facing the desk while his mother sits in the office chair and his father stands next to her.

"When did you two find out you were mates?" His father asked.

"Last year dad, on Aria's 17th birthday." Xavier replies.

"WHAT! Why are we only finding this out now!" He yells.

"Because I rejected Aria, all I wanted was power and as soon as I said those words I regretted it immidiatly, then we were told she was dead, and when she came back, she wanted me to prove to her that I was truly sorry for everything that happened in the past. So I've spent the last 4 weeks proving how sorry I truly was." Xavier states calmly.

"Well I would of made him work a lot longer that 4 weeks dear." His mother says.

"I was planning on never forgiving him for what he did to me, but when I saw how sorry he was I told him he had to work for it. And I think he's shown how truly sorry he is, but he will still have to work for everything else." I say calmly looking at Mrs Rodriguez.

"Well James, I'm happy he has a mate that is down to earth, smart, strong, and beautiful. Congratulations both. Xavier, if you do not treat Aria well, you will face me! Understood?" She said looking at her son, who looked a little scared.

"I'll always treat her right mum, I'm never going to let her go." He replies looking into my eyes.

"Well come on now James, let's leave these two and give them some privacy." Mrs Rodriguez says, Mr Rodriguez nods his head and holds his hand out for his mate to take hold of to leave the office.

"Sorry about that baby. I should of told them what happened between us." Xavier says once his parents left the room.

"It's okay. I don't blame them. Let just hope my parents stay away cause I don't think I can deal with them tonight. Plus I don't want to ruin my new clothes and underwear." I say with a little laugh.

"I hope so as well baby, heaven forbid you should ruin any more underwear. So what is it that I have to work for?" He asks with a cheeky smirk on his face.

"Well, I'm still sleeping in my own room. I've only just got it."

"Well I could always come for a sleepover in your room? And you can have a sleep over in mine some nights as well?" Hmm I like the idea of that.

"I can deal with that." I say with a smile. "Xavier, you don't want to jump straight in and have like sex right away do you?"

"Baby I'm not going to make you do something your not ready for. I'll always wait for you baby." He says caressing my cheek.

I smile and lean towards him and smash my lips into his. He responds immidiatly, lifting my body so I am straddling his waist, his hands holding on to my waist as my arms circle around his neck. He asks for entrance but I decline, wanting to tease him a little more. I begin to nibble on his bottom lip while pulling the hair at the nape of his neck receiving a growl from Xavier. Suddenly my back is on the sofa while Xavier hovers above me.

"Baby, if we don't stop now, I'm not going to be able to control myself." With that we both pull off each other and I stand to fix my hair and my dress. When we were ready we both went back out to join in the party.
