Suddenly you heard knocking on the door. You left it and heard the door open.
Soul walked through the door with bags under his eyes, his hair damp with rain water, and a slump in his step.
"I miss you." He stated simply.
The words had made butterflies go off in your stomach just knowing he needed you. But you couldn't let him know that.
"Well, if you hadn't cheated you wouldn't miss me." You continued to stare at the tv screen.

Soul stared at you. Completely shattered. Tears made their way down his cheeks.

Soul looked up at you with glossy ruby eyes. "Really?" He asked hopefully.
You nodded and gave him some extra clothes you kept if he slept over.
