It has now been one week since I last talked to Tamaki in 'Music Room 3'. The day he walked out of the room without telling a word from his mouth or his eyes beautifully looking into mine as a goodbye. Seven days. I had seen him from time to time - since we're both in the same school - but he's never looked at me since that day.
He had killed me mentally, I couldn't bare it. I gave him my one true secret that only my mother and Tsubaki knew and he had just thrown it away like a paper towel. Did he use me somehow? No, he wouldn't.
I was sitting in the library together with Tsubaki and had the book 'The Lives of the Great Composers' in my hands as my mind was somewhere else. "Don't think about it anymore." I accidentally said out loud. Tsubaki turned her head from the book and looked up to me. "Did you say anything?" she asked as she took out one of her earplugs. "N-no. It was nothing." I said and went back to my book as I tried to hide the fact that I did. Tsubaki didn't quite like the thing about me behaving this way around Tamaki and she was really gentle and tried not to say his name while I was around and I was happy she didn't, that's why she was my one true friend.
Before Tsubaki went back to the book, she looked at the clock and stood up. "It's time to go, Teru. Class is about to start in a couple of minutes." She took her stuff and waited for me to come. "Just go on ahead, I just want to finish this page, it won't take long." I said and waved her ahead. Tsubaki didn't resist and did as I said.
After I had finished the page I looked at the clock and saw I had a minute or two before it was time to start next class. It was plenty of time. I took my stuff and headed to the lockers. When I opened my locker a small note fell out of it. I picked it up and read the white paper note. "I'm sorry. It was stupid of me to behave in that kind of way, will you give me a second chance? If you will, meet me outside the 'Music Room 3' tomorrow after school. I'll be waiting there for you." It was from Tamaki.
I crumbled the note and put it in my bag. I didn't want to meet him, not after what he'd done to me.
I went to class as usuall but I didn't really concentrate on the teacher or about the exercises we had to do. I was just thinking of Tamaki. How he messed me up and left me there without any explanation.
As the classes were over and I was headed home. "Are you sure you can get back home by yourself?" Tsubaki asked me. She looked pretty worried about me, but I couldn't blame her, I looked like a mess (I thought). "Yes, I'm sure." I said and gave her a small smile. "Even in this kind of weather?" she asked me once more. It was pouring outside but I could handle it, I had an umbrella in my locker. "I'm sure of it. Go, you're soon late for your boxing." I said and kept smiling. I didn't want to be a bother to her and if she didn't go now she would be late and her sensei wasn't a nice teacher. She sighed and ran out to the rain with her umbrella and her schoolbag. I went to my locker and took everything I needed and saw that I didn't bring my umbrella after all.
*sigh*
Then I'll just have to walk in the rain back home, hoping for someone to cover me.
