Yeah, yeah. I know I said I wouldn't update yet but I'm nice so I'll do it this one time.
Also, the big reason I decided to update is due to a certain reader,
Ga-In17 , and their sweet comments. So, please comment because it obviously inspires me :)

Fortunate for me, I got home before my Mom did from her new job. Mason dropped me off about and hour ago and my mom should be home soon.

I gather my pajamas and head to the bathroom for a shower. I set my phone on the sink and turn the water one. My phone vibrates on the sink. When I pick it up, I'm confused.

Hey, cutie. Wyd?- A

I stare down at it in confusion. But then it hits me. There's only one person who would call me that. I know, that's sad.

I delete my sentence, knowing he'll make a dirty comment.

How'd you get my number? - E

I decide on asking instead. He answers a few seconds later.

That's for me to know and you to not. ;) -A

I roll my eyes at his smart comment and add him to my contacts. Then I remember my shower water.

I have to go. My water is getting cold :(
-E

Ugh! "Erica, you idiot!" I face palm for bringing the subject back up.

Hmmm. What water? :] -M

My shower water, obviously. -E

My palms sweat while I wait for his response. I automatically feel weird and self conscious just discussing this.

Ever heard of sexting? -M

My eyes grow two sizes as I read his text multiple times, thinking of how to respond.

Ew, Mason stop. I'm not doing that! -E

I can't decide wether to be embarrassed or mad. I go with both.

What a shame. We'll have to do it another time, then. -M

Having had enough embarrassment, I put the phone down and undress before getting in the shower.

I let the heat pelt my body while I remember today's events. I had done so many things that would usually terrify me and its only been one day! I was actually proud of myself for a change.

After scrubbing skin until it stung, I stepped out and dried off before changing into my white cotton shorts and baby blue tank top.

When I walk out towards my room, I hear the sizzling of the stove, meaning my mom is home cooking dinner.

I rummage through my sock drawer but can't find a single matching pair so I just grab a blue one and a pink one.

"Dinner is ready!" She shouts from downstairs. I pull on my socks and pad down to the dining room.
