I pulled the sheets off our bed and threw it on the floor as Diana took the pillow cases off the pillow and threw them in the pile.
"Tasha you don't have to do this." Diana said.

I shook my head. "I would not like it if you're sleeping on that uncomfortable couch. I want you to sleep on the bed." I took out her sheets that fitted out bed perfectly.

Diana sucked her teeth. "I'm the guess."

"And you're my new mother-in-law. Which means you're my mom and I do not like when my mom is uncomfortable. Besides Malik feels the same way." She grabbed the other side of the fitted sheet and tucked it in the corners.

"I thought brides are supposed to hate their mother-in-law."

I chuckled. "Only in Hollywood."

"Oh."

Sooner than later, we was done making up her bed.
"Here you go." I bend down to pick up the dieter sheets, but a sharp pain went through my lower back.
I hissed and stood straight with my right hand on my hip.

"Are you okay?" Diana walked to me with a worried look on her face.

I nod. "Yeah, just back pain." I picked up the dirty sheets. "I get those sometimes."

Diana raised an eyebrow. "You're to young to get back pain."

"I know but.." I walked out the room and to the hallway closet where the washing machine and dryer is set up. "But I've been really stressful lately. I've been eating a lot, I've been very fatigue and have back pain."

I put the dirty sheets in the machine, put some detergent on the sheets before starting it up by closing the washing machine door. I slowly reached up to the dryer that is connected to the washing machine before opening the door.

"Sometimes I hate that I'm short." I joked as I tried taking out the clothes. "Usually Malik would be home when I do laundry, so when I need the dry clothes he'll be here taking the clothes out for me and picking on me about my height." I explained. But when I turned to Diana, she was just staring into space.
"Hello. Earth to Diana." I waved my hand in front of her face.

Luckily that got her out of her trance. "I'll get the dry clothes. You shouldn't be stretching up like that."

"Why not?" I asked.

"It'll make your back pain worse." She nudged me out of the way before taking the clothes and holding it in her arms while walking into her temporary room.

I closed the closet door and walked in the room to see her folding Malik's pile of clothes.

"Diana I usually do that." I reached for Malik's shorts, but she swatted my hand away.

"Nonsense. Go ahead and relax, put a heating pad on your back and put your feet up."

"Actually, are you going to be okay being here by yourself for awhile. I'm going to visit Ashley and come right back."

Diana nod. "I'm not a old lady Tasha, well at least not yet. I'll be fine."

"Okay. Don't fold anything else. Put your feet up, make some tea and watch Magic Mike XL. I rented it on demand for 24 hours. But don't tell Malik that."

She chuckled. "Your secrets are safe with me."

"Good." I grabbed my purse, keys and phone that was on the dresser. "I'll be back with dinner. So don't cook." I kiss her cheek.

"Girl bye."

"Bye." I walked out the room and soon out our apartment.
