Lily started unpacking her things. When she was hanging up pictures of her family when Emma spoke once more
“Make sure you pick up after yourself. I don’t want to live with a slob” She said. Lily rolled her eyes and turned to face Emma
“I’m not a slob” She told her. Emma gave a small laugh and went back to reading. Lily didn’t want to be in that room anymore so she walked out of her new dorm and headed down the hall. Great, she thought, I could have any roommate here and I get stuck with her. Lily wasn’t really looking were she was going until she heard a soft guitar. Stopping and listening she wanted to know were it was coming from. Lily opened the nearest door that lead outside and found a boy playing guitar while sitting on a fountain. She watched him for a moment and when he finished she went up to him.
“Wow” She said “You’re amazing”
The boy smiled and stuck out his hand “I’m Chase”
“Lily” She answered
“Are you new here?” Chase asked her. She nodded and sat down next to him. Chase had blonde hair and deep brown eyes. They talked for a bit until it got rather dark
“I should go, I have a crazy roommate and I don’t know what she’s doing with my stuff while I’m gone” Lily laughed. Chase smiled
“What’s her name?” He questioned
“Emma, Emma Denis” Lily sighed picking up her bag and putting it over her shoulder “Have you heard of her?”
“Yeah” Chase smiled “She’s my sister…” He confessed. Lily froze; she wanted to smack herself in the face but didn’t want Chase to think she was freak.
“I’m sorry! I didn’t mean-“Lily said but Chase interrupted
“Its ok” He laughed “I agree at first she can seem a bit weird. Give her a chance though, she’s actually pretty cool” He said. Lily nodded but her cheeks were still blazing red. She had finally made another friend and she was already insulting his family.
“I just going to go before I put down your grandmother or something” Lily told him. He laughed and waved goodbye to her.
When Lily entered her dorm she tried giving Emma a smile once more. Emma was looking at her fish that was on the shelf next to her bed.
“Aw, cute. What’s his name?” Lily asked walking over to Emma. The girl looked at Lily and it was then she could see Emma and Chase had the same eyes.
“His name is Killer” She answered while getting up and walking to the bathroom.
“Killer” Lily said to herself “That’s a wonderful name”
Lily pulled out her laptop and started going through Broadway songs she though she might be able to sing. Lily was here mostly for acting, not singing. She was sure if she would be able to out shine Hannah with her voice. At this time Emma was blasting some punk rock band so loud Lily could barley think, but she didn’t want to say anything and have Emma make a voodoo doll of her one night. So Lily got up with her laptop and carried it to the dorm across the hall. Marley answered and happily invited her in
“We could here the music all the way from are own dorm” Marley laughed when she saw Lily’s face. Lily sat down in a chair while Marley introduced her to her roommate.
“Nice to meet you Cassie” Lily said smiling. Cassie returned the small, Lily noticed how perfect her teeth were.
“Nice to meet you to, I heard you’re going to take down Hannah Miller. Mind if I help?” She asked
