Age: 13Infinite Rain
The beating of my heart
Hides in the rain
For even that
Can't stand the painThe rain
Like everything I hold dear
Comes trickling down
Falling in tearsThe evil black birds
Haunting my path
Mock me without words
Mock while I lastThen
A miracle catches my eye
Then
You appear and I come aliveYour eyes like always
Filled with misery and belief
Your eyes like always
Reappearing in my dreamsI drag myself
To your presence
Using what I have left
My every last essenceBut then, she creeps along
That troublesome girl
Her claws all over you
All over my worldShe gives me that look
The icy glare
Where her eyes like daggers
Penetrate my stareAgain you fall victim
To her lying face
For all hope is lost
Lost in this infinite rainAnd as I see you
Floating from my sight
I think of yesterday
When your eyes had lifeOur eyes were locked
You kissed my cheek
And uttered words
I'd never speakThe words you said
In my mind flew
For those words were
"I love you..."
