I Miss Him
I miss him...
I miss the way
He'd say my name
And banish all my insecure shame
I miss him...
I miss the way
He'd look at my eyes
And sooth my cries
I miss him...
I miss the way
He'd kiss my cheek
And always have time to hear me speak
I miss him...
I miss the way
He'd walk to me
And open my eyes so I could see
I miss him...
I miss the way
He'd hug me in his arms
And help me stay calm
I miss him...
I miss the way
He'd hug me so tight
And text me without a care at night
I miss him...
And what I especially miss
What he would do
Is when he catches my attention
And says
"I love you..."
