Chapter 21 Nature walks

Hey guys!! It's been awhile(sorry about that😕) anyways there's parts of this chapter that I feel like are just kind of fillers and super cheesy,not to mention the countless grammar errors but never the less I hope you enjoy.

P.S i had fun writing about Gaige and Lillian in this chapter 😏 Mwuahahaha have fun dear readers ✌️

The weather was wonderful,spring was approaching and everything was starting to come to life.Gaige held my hand as he lead me to some unknown place in the woods.I blushed like a school girl even though he was only holding my hand.I didn't have much if any contact with men especially attractive men like Gaige.Yes I thought my kidnapper was handsome,kidnapper or not any woman would find him attractive.

Gaige looked back at me smiling.His smile faltered as he saw me blushing.He stopped and tilted my head up so I was looking at him"you're cute when you blush"
This of course only made me blush harder.i looked down,letting my hair fall in my face Gaige laughed and continued walking,still holding my hand.

I let myself smile a little at the contact.Gaige hand wrapped around mine felt nice.His grip wasn't too tight and warmth radiated from his hands.gaige continue walking heading towards the trees that were several feet away.

We soon approached the thick forest and my heart lurched at the thought of running through the woods.It was funny though I wasn't thinking about running away from Gaige,just running to feel the wind in my hair and the smell of the forest as I breathed deeply.

Gaige turned and smiled at me.We plunged into the thick trees,Gaige leading me again to an unknown destination.We walked for a while.gaige said nothing just walked taking in the sounds and smells of the forest.

Soon we were walking up a hill.My breathing became a little labored,god damn it why didn't I exercise!I leaned on me knees trying to catch my breath.I looked up to see Gaige grinning at me"oi shut it not all of are fitness gods like you!"i glared at him.His grin widened as I blushed realizing what I had implied."well some ones been checking me out "He said with that ridiculous grin.

"S-shut up"I stuttered,blushing."Come one were almost there,i think"he said offering me his hand."You think?You mean you don't link where we're actually going!"I panted."well...not exactly."he scratched the back of his neck."i swear to god if we are walking for another hour will kill you."i growled."Well then let's hope we aren't walking for another hour."he said laughing.We resumed trudging along.A few minutes passed and then Gaige stopped.

It was beautiful.We were in a clearing,the grass was already becoming green and flowers buds were scattered around.Tall oak and maple trees surrounded the area."How the hell do you find the se places?"i asked looking around in awe."Well before I bought this house I wandered around the area.I walk when i'm trying to think a little more clearly and I just stumbled on this place,pretty lucky actually.I'm mean seems kind of unlikely that a person would stumble upon a place like this,especially when it's their first time walking in the woods."gaige said digging his boot into the fresh earth.

"and yet you did"i giggled to myself."what?"Gaige looked up at me smiling."i don't know I just found it funny for some reason."i shrugged."you're weird."He smiled."never said I wasn't."i laughed."want to look around?"i pretended to stop and think."of course"i said in a "duh" tone.he smiled and picked a random direction to go.

We began walking again exploring hoping to stumble on something,which Gaige apparently did quite a lot.We had been walking for a while so I asked Gaige to stop."hmm I thought we would have found something by now"he frowned looking around."Apparently I'm bad luck,since you stumble on a lot of interesting spots on an ordinary basis"I grumbled."Some one's grumpy"gaige teased,walking around the area."Shut up...idiot"i mumbled."heard that"Gaige said over his back.I frowned but followed him anyways.
