Percy controls water. Water. Not fire and air and crap, if he did then he wouldent have struggled in the beginning of the book! The whole Percy Jackson and the Olympians books were about Percy becoming one of the most powerful demigods! He didn't just pop out at birth like WASSUP MOM I CAN DO EVERYTHING LOOKY, okay maybe I'm dramatic but whatever, people in these fanfics are like
