Benji's POV
I don't really like Casual Relief Teachers. I'd rather be split up. "Okay, class, you'll be needing your reading books." The CRT, Mrs Johnson, said. I groaned. I stood up to get my book. I kinda liked reading. Well, this book I'm reading, anyway. I don't really like talking about it, so don't ask. I went to my table with Tali, Jay and Peyton. Nate sat at a different table, and Addi was in a different class. I got to my table and my chair was missing. "Alright, who took my chair?" I ask, slamming my hands on the table. Everyone shrugged, so I grabbed my stuff and sat on the floor. "Okay, your teacher said- Benjamin-" The teacher says. I groan at the sound of my real name. We've told her billions of times, it's BENJI. Get it right! "Where is your chair?" I didn't have an answer for that, so I just said the first thing that popped into my head: "Someone ate it." I heard Tali and Jay laughing hard. "Benjamin, grab a chair from the computer table." The teacher said. I got up and semi- threw my stuff onto the table. I grabbed a chair from the computer desks and brought it to my table. Tali and Jay were still trying not to laugh. Suddenly, I couldn't be bothered to read. I threw my book over my shoulder. Tali started giggling. "Benjamin, pick up your book, please." I picked it up. Finally, session 4 was over. Tali and Jay were still holding back laughs. "What'd I miss?" Peyton kept on asking. I got my lunch, which was a packet of chips, a cookie and an apple. I had an awesome idea. I grabbed a pencil. I shoved it in my pocket and walked outside to meet Tali, Peyton, Jay and Nate. Addi was away today. "I have a grand idea!" I boomed in my announcer voice. "Oh no." Tali groaned. I placed my apple in the palm of my hand. I grabbed the pencil out of my pocket and stabbed it. "Ow!" Nate shouted. "You got me in the eye!" Tali tries to hold back a giggle. "That was such a stupid idea!" Uh oh. Nate's anger was kicking in. He gets angry easily. "Nate, stop!" Peyton shouts, stepping in front of me. She kicks Nate in the shin. She seems to like kicking Nate in the shin. "Ow!" Nate shouts, clutching his shin. "Idiot." I mumble, kicking his ankle. "Ah!" He shouted. He clutched his ankle and hobbled away, shouting: "This means war!"
"Well, that was weird." Jay said.
"Lets hope he doesn't dob on us to the teachers," I say to Peyton "he kinda likes doing that." Peyton nods. I've started a School War, but I didn't even feel a twinge of guilt.
