Mine, frankly hasn't been that great...
I've been eating crappy things, skipping workouts and generally just upset and moody😿To be honest though, I'm actually pretty sick of moping around because I'm about as motivated as a spring roll. So I've decided to change it. Just like that! I'm going to get up and get moving. Yeah... I can definitely say it's that easy thanks to my strong(ish) will power. Not many people can do that, and need that extra bit of motivation and inspiration to start that journey to a healthy life.
