Chapter 2 to camp

Dear Friend,

"Wait. Camp Half Blood. Like the Camp Half Blood." I said astonished

"We are getting you out of here. Thank gods he told me."

"Who told you what? What is going on?" I asked but deep down I knew the answer.
"How is this possible. How will we explain me not being in school the rest of the day?" I asked

"We can go to your house then you can call your parents."

He whistled so loud and a black thing swooped in the sky only then did I realize it was a horse which wings. "Black jack" I breathed out in awe.

Percy helped me onto the back of the Pegasus. "So. This is BlackJack?" I asked. "Then I petted BlackJacks snout and said to him "three book covers so far. Nice job buddy." He whined at the compliment.

Percy asked me where I lived and I told him just a few blocks away. We landed in my back yard and I led him to the front of the house. I opened the door with the spare key we always had taped behind the mailbox. I led him up to my organized room. "Wow. Your room is extremely clean." He examined

"Yeah well. I have OCD. So everything had to be in order." I explained

"Any ADD/ADHD?" He egged on and I nodded. He reached me down a suitcase which I pack within minutes. I grabbed my phone and iPod stuffed them in my drawstring bag and we walked back outside. Percy left a note on the table saying: brought her you know where. IM Chiron when you see this.

"So" Percy said "you know mine name. But what is yours?" He asked

"Debra." I said "but everyone calls my Debby, and a few other things not as nice but. Yeah..." I faded out he grabbed my hand and helped me back on his Pegasus.

"To camp." He said

"To camp" I repeated knowing how my getaway dreams just became my reality.
