We ran back to the manor. The place stunk of the dead. That's one of the cons of being a vampire no matter how deep you bury things you can still smell it.

"What are you looking for here." Tyler asked, his voice was filled with that same condescending attitude always.

"If Nikolas had any ties to this place he would have left something so go find it." I replied, "What about you?" Nathan asked,

"I'm going to go an get my guns back." I smirked, "Are you coming with me."

Nathan shooked his head and said he'd go searching for whatever he could find. I made a break for my guns, I laced the barrel with a strong scent of jasmine. Its not something most people, or non people would recognize. Its pretty dismissible, except for someone whose trained and grown so use to the smell. I was making my way to the room where the scent was coming from when all of sudden Nathan came flying through wall.

"Apparently, we didn't quite kill everyone." He sighed getting up, I widen my senses and noticed the over barring smell of mutts and something else. I couldn't remember what though it was so familiar almost like a memory. Tyler appeared next to me with a dead werewolf in hand. "We have probably a whole pack coming our way in matter of moments." He informed tossing it to the ground. I snatched some fur and bottled it.

"How? How is it possible that they-," "We don't really have time for 21 questions, Alex we have to go. Now, before they rest of the pack gets here." Nathan exasperated,

Tyler gave him this look, it went to quick to know exactly what he was thinking at that moment. Frankly I didn't have the time for this. "That is a good question, why would they come rushing back?" Tyler said,

"If there coming back here with such a force, then that means something's up. They have to have something valuable here that-," "Werewolves are loyal that's enough reason to come back." Nathan explained

I shook my head. "No, that's not it. Werewolves are all instinct and if this place smells like death they wouldn't just show up. Let alone know where here." I added

"Maybe Nikolas sent them here, to make sure nothing was left." Nathan said,

"Tyler, you go-" "I am going to stay with Nathan. We'll search the house and if there's something were likely to find it." He didn't even wait for the rest of my command, or to even see if Nathan wanted to go with him. He just grabbed him and dragged him off to whatever.

At least he will be safe, in a way. Well as safe as one can be with Tyler. I continue on to my guns as fast as possible now since the clock was ticking.

I ran into this room that smelled so familiar, but I couldn't think of what it reminded me of at the moment. I just ransacked the place for my pistols. I turned over everything. The smell of werewolves was almost unbearable, I finally stopped ransacking the room. I knew my guns were here, that was for certain but where? I stopped and thought what if this was like a movie. I scanned the room and sure enough I found some dull painting hanging off to the side. I immediately walked up to it and peeled it off the wall. There was a wall safe. I gripped the handle and broke it off, and ripped off the door. Sure enough there was my pistols, along with some documents.

I turned my head and slid out the files then I began to read them, "Well, well, what do we have here Nikolas?" I whispered to myself.

......

I rushed to try and find the dead body of that alpha. I looked around the room for his phone. I was so preoccupied in my wild search I didn't notice I wasn't alone in the room. A gun went off, and suddenly this large masculine fellow dropped to the floor beside me.
