The year is 2045. Government and society is falling to shambles. The only thing holding it together is the Pre-Alpha registration act. A way for the remaining to keep track of a new breed of human called The Alpha-Superiors. People with super-human abilities or enhanced characteristics.
These, Alphas, we're categorized and placed in six various classes. There were Alpha-1's, Alphas with more passive or recessive traits. They were allowed to live average, middle-class lives in small homes. Happy and care-free.
Then, Then there were betas. People whose powers were harder to contain. They lived out meager existences. They had little know shelter. Never had much to eat either. But allowed to live within The City. To some, that's enough.
Then there's the Omegas, they had power no-one else within The City. Most of them were teenaged delinquents, cast out by there Alpha-1 parents and adopted into lower class families and raised on the streets. Some of them, however, were adopted into higher class families. My sister Maxine is one of them.
Finally, there's the Zeta-A Alpha class. They have too much power to handle. That's why they're not allowed in The City. Some of them sneak into The City and steal things from homes. If the guards find them, they fight. They fight the Gaurds and win most of the time. They can't be controlled. They're free.
The rest of us are not.
