A/N: is the picture good? Bad? Eh? I honestly don't care how bad it is. XD I used a crappy photo editor on my iPod and kept it because I thought it was okay.. Also, I'm going to have multiple stories going on so I will post another chap for one of those.

" what the hell!?!"

Astrid screamed as the car went full speed down the road, holding on to toothless' neck almost to the point of choking him. How the cars they were zooming past didn't notice them she doesn't know but hopefully Harrison would stay true to his word and give her answers. Unknown to her Harrison was silently laughing to her reaction and slowed down a bit, she held onto the seat and punched him from behind and proceeded to punch him again in the gut.

"That's for not slowing down!! And that's for everything else!!"

"Everything else?"

Toothless huffed as if it were obvious and pulled off his helmet, Astrid grabbed a broken shard off the side of the car. Harrison was driving into the forest by the time he finally realized that Astrid was pointing the shard at him. " you idiot, you tried to kill us multiple-"

"Correction, I tried to kill Scott multiple times, you guys kept getting in the way" he snapped. He took the shard and threw it out the window just to get rid of it, Astrid was really pissed off at that and tried to punch him for that but he was ready and caught her fist just before it collided with his ribcage...or at least the hard armor that was protecting it. She sat down next to toothless and the night fury started licking her, Astrid was more curious by his behavior though. Most of the time she didn't care how people acted but he was acting strange, first he's all pissed and then he's depressed and snaps just to start that cycle all over again.

"Astrid."

She leaned back against the dragon next to her and looked up to face him, he was opening a compartment behind his seat.

"Do you know why I asked you to come?"

She shrugged. Harrison let out a frustrated sigh and rubbed toothless' head before reaching in the compartment and giving Astrid her stuff back.

" first I wanted to know if I could trust you and if you can help me keep any humanity I have left, it feels like I'm going insane."

Astrid didn't know how to react to that as toothless could only feel pity for his friend, he may have been without him for a while but he always saw the one they called 'gobber'. Toothless pressed his head against him, which wasn't as soft because of his armor but still showed affection.

"Thanks bud." He stroked his head and he started purring, Astrid was almost forgotten in the background but made herself known by slapping Harrison on the back of his head.

"Listen up. I'll help you but you have to drop me off at my house tomorrow night at 7...deal?"

He was surprised, she wouldn't normally care about anyone's problems, him in particular. He just pulled her into a tight squeeze and astrid's response was kicking him in the groin. She stepped back as he fell onto the ground and slowly got up. "Why would you-"

"Don't lay a finger on me hiccup..you promised answers."

Hiccup hissed and opened the door, you can easily tell outside was a dark cave with Little to no lighting. Astrid couldn't see a thing but for Harrison's strongly enhanced eyesight he and toothless could see everything, Toothless had to move the mess all over the floor to the sides so she wouldn't crash into it.

"Harrison, I can't see my hands."

Harrison tapped the top of toothless' snout and he lighted a flame inside his mouth, it looked like a purple mist incased the dragon's mouth. He walked over to the wall and lighted a old candle that Harrison didn't use for 2 years, it had a small layer of wax over the wick but it melted.

"Don't you have a flashlight or something?"

She picked up the candle and looked at her visible surroundings. It was weird, it felt like she was dropped in the middle in sort of movie.

*Clunk. Click, click, click..*

Harrison watched as she spun around and looked for the source of the noise, he snuck around behind her as toothless approached from the side. He grabbed her shoulder and she spun around and tried to punch him in the face but quickly Dodged last second.

"Really?!"

She jumped again when toothless pressed his forehead against her shoulder and Harrison chuckled. Toothless smiled and walked over to his spot that was next to a small pond inside and laid down. That spawned a question...where was Astrid going to sleep?

Astrid started wandering around the cave and nearly fell off a steep ledge, down there she saw a underground cove with multicolored crystals hanging on the ledge and even sticking out. The light of the small flame reflected off of them they could seem to be glowing, she could just sit there for hours and look at it. Especially since that hybrid and his pet left and went somewhere else.

Again, Sorry for the short chapters but with school this would take a whole week to write but don't worry, the weekend is soon and I can hopefully make it up to you guys and upload a 2,000 word chapter if you guys would like.
