Jacob felt a lump in his throat and for a moment was froze in place. Should he tell him? Them? Just as he was about to express his feelings for Skyler, she spoke up. "No Chres, you know me and Jacob are best friends." she said hugging on Chresanto. He looked at Jacob who three his hands up and shook his head. "I'm sorry y'all I just seen how close y'all are and it bugged me" he confessed. Skyler and Chresanto shared a hug then a kiss. Jacob had never been so jealous an disgusted. "okay you saps, can we get inside to the food" he tried to laugh it off as they joined in and went inside. Everyone at the table was laughing as they re-joined them. "what we miss?" Chresanto asked. "Deandra told this corny ass joke and if we ain't laugh she probably would've told another" Rayan said causing everyone to laugh. "oh shut up, y'all know I'm funny" Deandra defended herself. Skyler looked at Deandra and busted out laughing, causing her to nudge Skyler. Around 9:30pm Skyler's phone rang, she looked to see it was her mom. "Shhh it's my mom" she said to the loud group. "can I Answer it?" Craig reached over, laughing and snatching her phone back she answered. "Yeooooo" she said ratchet as hell. "yo!" her mom said trying to sound as cool as possible. "no just no" she laughed putting an end to her moms ratchetness. "girl bye! What y'all doing? Should I come pick you & De De up?" she said motherly. Looking at her phone she replied "ma, it's only 9:30. We not ready to come home an Its Friday? Puh-Leez!" she exclaimed in the phone. "girl please yall ready when I say yall are, I'ma call you at 10:30 and thats it Skyler!" she said seriously before hanging up. "well damn" she said looked at her phone, her mom played no games. She wanted to call back but knowing her mom she'd come get her now so she left it alone. "Let's go have some fun!" Rayan said to the group. "what exactly is your definition of fun?"
