The girls were laughing just as Skylers mom walked in the house. "Hi girls" she said flopping on the love seat. "Hi Ms.Jordan" all the girls said happily except Skyler who was still upset with her mom. "it's only 10:50 what are you doing home so early?" Skyler asked her mom who couldn't stop smiling. "Drey has to go to work early tomorrow so we ended the date early so he could get some rest" her mom
Put her purse on the living room
table that was infront of her. "Oh. Well the boys have a show up in Jersey tomorrow, can we go?" she knew to ask her mom infront of her friends and when she was in a good mood. "Sure, why not? Tomorrows Saturday and I have nothing else to do" her mom smiled. "Wait, when were you going to tell me they invited you? And you ain't invite me?" Deandra sassed at Skyler. "girl you know I got you" Skyler hugged her best friend. Chrissy cleared her throat wondering where her invite was. Ashyla and Erin crossed their arms. "Y'all tryna make this a damn road trip, let me call Kenneth and see what I could do" Ms.Jordan said pulling her phone out her purse and walking out.

Chresanto hung up the phone. "Paula is gonna be at the concert tomorrow!" he put his phone down. "the same show you invited Skyler to?" Craig looked confused. "Oh shit, I forgot I invited her" Chresanto tapped his forehead as Jacob shook his head. Rayan busted out laughing "you need to get your game tight Bruh, like me. You see keep her on the low is the story of my life" all the boys roared with laughter. "Man shut up!" Chresanto said laughing. Jacob went into his bunk, put on some Nirvana, pulled out his notebook and started writing. He knew Skyler deserved to know what Chresanto was up to but at the same time he knew it wasn't his place to tell her. Then again he is her best friend, what should he do? Before he could get deep in thought Chresanto walked in through the curtain and stopped at Jacobs bunk. "Look Jay, I'm sorry about earlier I just feel so stupid. I shouldve told Skyler. I love her but I like Paula, I'm so confused" he sat next to Jacob. Jacob didnt want to say anything that would make it sound like he was jealous. "No I'm sorry, I shouldn't have went there. It's just Skyler is my best friend and a nice girl, I don't want to see her hurt man" Jacob jammed his hands in his pocket. "Neither do I".
