Draco Malfoy's P.O.V

The first week back went by so fast, I can't believe that we now have to start learning again. I looked down at our new schedule and smiled. I have potions with Griffindor this morning until lunch. I walked into the classroom only ten minutes late, to see that we were all in pairs.

"Ah thank you for finally joining us this morning Ms. Malfoy, take a seat beside Miss. Granger," said professor Slughorn.

I walked over and sat down beside Hermione and smiled, "Good morning Hermione."

"Good morning.....Draco," she said facing the professor with a small smile on her face.

"I will pass the potion around and each of you will tell your partner what it smells like, but first can anyone tell me what potion this is?" said professor Slughorn. I watched as Hermione's hand shot strait in the air, "Yes Miss. Granger what is the potion called."

"Amortentia, it's the most powerful love potion in the world. It doesn't actualy create real love just a powerful obsession. When you smell the potion it will smell of the things you love. For example if someone loves the smell of old parchment paper it will have the same oder," Hermione said.

"Good job Miss. Granger. Ten points to Griffindor!"said the professor.

The potion came around and we both smelt the potion.

"What do you smell?" I asked

"I smelt freashly mowed grass, parchment and sparement toothpaste," she said looking confused. I took a deep breath, I used sparement toothpaste. I smiled.

"I smelt blueberries, old books and roses," I said also confused I haven't smelt roses before.

"I've been told that I smell like roses," Hermione mumbled.

"What did you say?" I asked only hearing the word smell and roses.

"I've been told I smell like roses," she said louder. I smiled and chuckled a little.

     "Alright class dismissed!" Said Slughorn.

"Catch you later!" I said running out of the classroom.

"Yeah, see you later," I heard behind me.
