As we sit in the waiting room of the doctors office I see people staring. i know its because im a teenager and teen pregnancy is frowned upon but it's not like I'm the only teen that got pregnant. There's no reason people should stare. It makes me feel even worse about the situation.
I texted Liz, Jacks mom, to let her know today was my first appointment. She's pretty excited that I'm going to keep the baby, despite her son leaving me to handle it myself.
I'm thankful Liz wants to be in the baby's life too. I couldn't do this without her and my mom sticking with me and supporting my decisions.
Maybe Jack will come back once the baby is born. I won't count on it though.
Thankfully, the nurse calls our name just as Liz arrives.
All three of us head back to the small room where the ultrasound will take place.
