'Be a gentleman," Danny read in his head. He sighed. "Okay," he grabbed his bag and went ghost, flying through the wall. Then he got an idea.Danny decided that he would do something he wouldn't do often.
He detoured to Sam's house.
He planned to fly her to school. It wasn't something he would do often, as he would usually have to carry both Sam and Tucker. It would hurt his arms too much, especially since he has to carry a 30 pound backpack around with 10 inch books in it. And so, why not? He was kinda early anyway.
When he arrived, he knocked on Sam's window, a place he was very familiar with. She turned around and motioned for him to come inside.
"Hey Sam." He gave her a cute lopsided grin.
She smiled. "Hey Dan. What's up?"
"I wanna take you to school today."
"Would you? My parents keep making me take the limo now."
"Yeah of course! You ready?"
She swung her bag over her shoulders. "Les go."
He picked her up bridal style, since Tucker wasn't here, and phased through the window.
They didn't talk the whole time. But at one point, Danny started staring at Sam and almost flew into a tree.
At school
Throughout the day, Danny continuously thought to himself; 'be a gentleman be a gentleman be a gentleman...'He had most of his classes with Sam, and for every single one, he would hold the door open for her.
And he would cutely ask if she needed anything for each class. He even tried to hold her lunch tray.
(A/n so cute :3)
In Sam's bedroom
Sam was lucky enough to not have any homework today, as she managed to finish it all in class. So, she went straight to her book. Before opening to where she left off, "Lemme guess..." She flipped to her page. "Yup." Sam sighed. "I think it's safe to say that Danny is... Actually reading?"
