Norica's POV

Mamaya na ang alis ko papuntang Japan with Katniss and kuya Gade. Pero mabigat sa dibdib ang umalis ng hindi nagpapaalam. Magkikita kami ngayon ni Kristen sa EC garden.

"Aalis ka na daw?"

"Oo."

"Is this the day we need to say goodbye?"

"We need to heal ourselves to make things better and not to crush hearts again. Maraming luhang tumulo at pusong nasugatan."

"So, this is not a goodbye?"

"It's not."

"I want you to know that... i'll wait for you. Hihintayin kong gumaling ang sugat sa puso mo."

"And i'll wait for you. Hihintayin kong maayos mo ang sarili mo."I smiled at him.

"Mahal din kita."I hugged him. I cherished the moment kasi alam ko, malaki ang possibility na hindi ko na ito magawa ulit.

"So this is a separate ways story then?"

"Only for now."

I smiled at him at tumalikodna. Nag simula na akong mag lakad palayo. "Yoonera?"

"I'll wait."

Nag hahanda nako sa pag alis ko mamaya. Nasa airport nako, still thinking about me and Kristen... Pati kami ni Victoria, naiisip ko.

Nang tawagin nakami, i stood up imminently at niyaya na sila Kuya.

Sabay tumulo ang luha namin. "Yoonera, wag mo akong kakalimutan ha? Kahit puro kagaguhan nagawa ko sayo, sana wag mo akong kalimutan."

"Best Frienemies?"I looked at her hand na nakikipag handshake.

I shookher hand "Best Frienemies."

Hindi ko man nakatuluyan si Kristen, at hindi ko man naisalba ang friendship namin ni Victoria, i should be thankful parin. Dahil kung hindi dahil sa nanyari, i won't be mature & brave enough to face the shits.

I saw the clouds outside the window, i took a temporary final glance at this country.

Victoria and I ended up being Best Frienemies. But who am i kidding, i love her, still. I love my Best Frienemy.

Sooner or later this pain might fade away. But my love for Kristen will never change. We didn't have the happy ending other people were expecting, but we love each other, that's enough, i think.
