Chapter 2: Too Real

"So...your leaving?" She asks.

I look at her silently, sad, really sad, it's painful, I have to admit ...leaving everyone and everything it really is hard. She wasn't "everyone" , she was different, I guess that's why she's my best friend, I don't know what I would do without her...she was al-

"Jessie!" I snap out of my thoughts and look at her, only to find her sobbing. She covers her face as I hug her tight,  afraid to let go.

"I'll always be here for you,M"

"I look ugly" she says as I giggle. She pulls away and slaps me on my cheek.I look at her confused.

"What'd I do?" I ask.

"Nothing" she says as a huge grin makes its way on her face. It was kinda creepy...scratch that.. It was very creepy. The grin was quickly replaced with a sad smile.

"Are you coming back?" She asks in a whisper.

"I don't know" I sigh.

"If you ever are, you know where I'll be"

"The treehouse" I say as I look at her.

She smiles and embraces me in a tight hug "I'm going to miss you J, we all are". She says in a sad tone and starts to cry.

"Wake up, Jessie!" I hear my brother's voice.

"I'm up! I'm up!" I shout, getting up. I start scanning the room.M...who's M? That dream. It felt real. Too real...
