Chapter 11: House Visit

Axthon POV

"Axthon, do have any idea where the hell Seth is?" Raynel asked me while he was gasping for air

"What do you think? Would I going to search for him if I know?" I asked him back. Tss idiot, he just ignored what I just said and tilt his head side to side.

"Axthon!" I heard a shout not from afar, lumingon ako sa pinanggalingan ng boses, I saw her half-running towards us, good thing that she's here. Bakit ba s'ya tumatakbo? As far as I can see wala namang humahabol sa kanya. She just making her asthma worst.

"Hey Tricia slow down, ayaw naming ikaw naman ang ma-ospital encase your asthma show-up dahil sa kakatakbo mo." Pigil ko sa kanya pagkarating nya sa harapan namin, itinukod nya ang mga kamay nya sa kanyang tuhod catching her breath while Raynel rubbing her back. Tsss chansing nanaman.

Lumapit ako sa kanya at pinitik sa tenga. He just have me a hard glare that he could muster.

"Hoy! Abo kagabi ka pa ah!!! Ba't ba ng hilig mong mambatok o di kaya mamitik. Masakit kaya!" pag mamakol naman niya. I just ignored him and turned to Tricia. Nakatayo na sy'a ngayon nang maayos

"You okay now Tricia?" I asked her and she nodded her head

"What really happened?" she asked raising her eyebrow after she take a deep breath. I look down at her seeing her usual outfit. Surgical mask with matching big eye glasses, knee high skirts matching converse and sweatshirt. Seriously, where did she get these kind of fashion? I now that she had a skin disease and asthma but as far as I could remember wala naman s'yang deperensya sa mata, so what with those big eye glasses? I didn't realize that I was staring at her intently.

I snap with my thoughts nong nagsalita s'ya

"Hello? Earth to Axthon." Sabi nya habang ikinakaway ang kanyang kamay sa harap ko

"Oh I'm sorry about that I was too consumed by my thoughts." Pag dadahilan ko, but I saw Raynel giving me a double meaning glances. I know what he's thinking and it's definitely not gonna happen. Ignoring him I cleared my throat to catch their attention

"So for us to find Seth, maghihiwa-hiwalay tayo. You Tricia you search outside and you Raynel search in that side (pointing the left wing of the Hospital) and I'll gonna take this side. (Pointing the right wing of the Hospital) got it?"

"But-"she protest

"I'll explain later" I said, they both nodded and turned to their ways I instructed them. But, before they could go far my phone rings that causes them to stop and turned to my direction.

I signalled them to stop and motioned my hand like saying 'come closer to me'. Agad kong kinuha sa bulsa ko ang cellphone ko. I look at the caller I.D

It's a landline number.

I was staring intently at my phone while thinking who might it is.

"huy! Axthon tititigan mo lang ba yang phone mo?" Raynel snap me out from my thoughts, so without a second thought I quickly answer it

"Hello?" tanong ko sa kabilang linya, there's a moment of silent had past but no response

"Hello? Who's this?" pag tatanong ko ulit, I take a glance to Tricia who's knitting her eyebrows while Raynel attentively listening to me. May narinig akong kaluskos sa kabilang linya kaya tinanong ko ulit but still no response. I was going to hang up pero nagsalita ito before I could press the end button
